Wow! Where do I start? I was introduced to Clear Vision Auto Glass by a representative at the dealership in Farmington. They seemed informative and helpful, guiding me on adding coverage to my insurance. When I had a cracked windshield, I decided to go with Clear Vision based on that initial interaction. However, things quickly went downhill. Instead of handling the replacement themselves, Clear Vision sent me to a third party. Fine, no problem. Both the representative and the owner, Sam, knew my insurance required the windshield to be recalibrated. But once the third party finished, they told me the windshield failed to recalibrate. They said their job was only to replace the windshield and that I should contact Sam about the recalibration. When I reached out to Sam, he told me to take my car to the dealership. We scheduled an appointment, which he canceled. The next appointment was also canceled due to his anniversary. He reluctantly offered to pay the $100 out-of-pocket fee, making sure to emphasize how he was going out of his way for me. Then he told me my camera was broken. How is that my responsibility when it was working fine before their third party replaced the windshield? I shouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket. The camera worked before they touched it, so any issues should be on Clear Vision or the third party they used. Sam told me to make an appointment with the dealership, which requires me to authorize a $350 diagnostic fee. Why should I pay more when Clear Vision was already paid $1,300 to replace and recalibrate the windshield, which they failed to do? The last conversation I had with Sam was infuriating. He was incredibly rude, showing complete disregard for my issue now that the $1,300 payment had cleared. I'm extremely disappointed with how I was treated and how the job was mishandled. I have to pay out of pocket for something that should have been covered. I've already contacted Progressive, and I will be pursuing this further. I also plan to use my platform to ensure others avoid this company. Do not recommend.

I recently had a highly negative experience related to a windshield replacement for a loaner vehicle obtained from Suburban Chrysler Dodge Troy which they contract through Clear Vision Auto Glass. While using the loaner, the windshield sustained a chip, and I understand I was responsible for the repair costs. However, the way the situation was handled by an employee named Sam (Clear Vision) at the dealership was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Upon returning the vehicle, I was informed I needed to pay $1365.80 for a new windshield. Sam's demeanor throughout this process was incredibly unempathetic. He repeatedly emphasized how expensive the windshield was, making an already stressful situation worse. Most disturbingly, Sam took me into a private room and shut the door to discuss the payment. This felt intimidating and highly inappropriate. He continued to stress the cost and incorrectly told me that my auto insurance would simply reimburse me for the expense, failing to mention that this would require filing a claim, potentially impacting my rates. I felt pressured and essentially trapped, as it was made clear I couldn't leave until the $1365.80 was paid in full. Only after I provided my credit card and the charge was processed was I allowed to leave the room and the dealership. While I acknowledge my responsibility for the damage, the lack of empathy, the high-pressure tactics, being isolated in a room, the constant reminders of the cost, and the misleading information about insurance reimbursement made this a terrible customer service experience. I have never experienced anything like it and hope to never again.

Highly highly and I cannot stress enough how highly I recommend this company for all your glass needs everything was done to perfection, no doubt the best service I have ever received. Call them or go to one of their locations in the dealership and you will see for yourself! Where do I start, well let’s start with these one star reviews because I think that they were just having bad days which is no reason to leave a bad review, I’m looking at you jovinne and Kaitlyn 👀. Let’s break this down, first I got in contact with this company through my dealership, a completely dependent business away from the dealership, I think it’s wonderful the dealerships have these guys checking and giving accurate information about your windshield. My appointment was made the next day, I mean these guys walked me through the insurance. The only think I had to do was give the insurance company my name and approve the work. THATS IT! They handled the rest. I got a text the next day saying where to go when I came back to have it replaced! I mean the lever of service so far is by far the best I’ve ever seen. Everyone from the initial person to tell me about the service to the actual tech doing the work was super helpful and wonderfully nice, I mean I just don’t understand the TWO one star reviews. That’s how you know they were just having a bad day when they wrote the review.

We always get our oil changed at Golling (we love them!), but this time was different—or perhaps it was only the first time it was actually caught in the act. It has come to my attention that Golling and this business are not the same company. When my mother and I went in for an oil change, the African boy with shoulder-length hair RACIALLY DISCRIMINATED us. We hadn't spoken to him before or during, but he had a lot of build-up that he was unable to contain—or perhaps it was simply ignorance. My mother who has an accent that is understandable walked away to confirm the information in the records and the boy turned to his coworker and said “She doesn’t even speak English”, right in front of me (The one that DOES speak fluent English and native tongue!). stared at him and we made eye contact but there was no apology given as if he assumed I also didn't know or spoke English. It's unbelievable that we are in 2024 and we face discrimination from those discriminated on too as a person of color but apparently not and that is embarrassing on their part. DO BETTER.

Waiting to have the boarder under the glass that was just replaced to be fixed it’s not even a couple months old and it wasn’t sealed properly. Waiting to hear from Samuel to fix it. After hearing through text messages Samuel will be taking care of this issue and having to pay for the parts and have service take care of it.ServicesAuto windshield repair

Great experience with Sam. He was very patient, kind and understanding while we experienced some tech issues and he offered several payment options which helped a ton as I was already paying for some other auto repairs. I would 200% recommend. Fast and friendly!ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Samuel and Jordan were very helpful! My rear-view mirror broke and I needed the whole windshield replaced. Sam was able to get my deductible waived and they got everything replaced within the hour. I'm thankful for their help and for how quick everything was! Thank you guys so much!

Sam and crew did an excellent job of replacing my cracked windshield. There was a minor issue with the tent, but Sam went out of his way to correct the problem and make things 100% correct. Gotta love when a business stands behind their work. Highly recommend.
