Save On Auto Glass Auburn Hills

Made an appointment for 9-12pm, called at 11:30 when I had not been reached by anyone. Whoever answered told me the installer should be there at or before 2. I told them I can't accommodate that and to cancel the order. Was told I would pay a restocking fee for me not allowing them to try and be late on another day I have to go to work. Edit: I made a point when I set the appointment that I was flexing my work schedule to wait for them, and the employee said he can't ensure anyone comes early because its automated and I have to deal with it. After they no call/no show, then all of a sudden they can start accommodate special circumstances. Would have picked a company that would have just showed up when they started instead of spinning tires after they did not. Was not my intent to make an appointment that would not be met by the business I am paying, then to ask me to take additional time off work to do it when they want later.

Emailed them for a quote on a Sunday and received a phone call less than 24 hours later with a cost quote. Came to my work for no extra charge to replace my windshield. Emailed them for info and less than 24 hours I received a return call. Super friendly and simple. I scheduled an appointment and the technicians showed up on time and replaced my windshield right in my driveway. Will definitely use again in the future.
