A2 Auto Glass

Over the years, I have been to A2 Auto glass on various occasions, for windshield, chips, replacements, etc. They always do good work, but because the work was routine, I must confess I took it for granted. My last visit though made me the truest of believers. Taking an unusual problem to A2 is when Irealized how amazingly good they are. I recently took my old 2005 Pontiac Vibe to A2 because the driver side window would not power up. After I was there just a few minutes, Joe notified me that he had quickly adjusted the window motor and it now worked. He alerted me that the repair could well last indefinitely, but also might not stay fixed. I chose this simple repair. Joe didn’t charge me anything for the service. Alas, after a week or so, the window stopped powering up. I took the Vibe back to A2 without an appointment. Because they had to fit me in, when Joe became available, Renee and Cindy cheerfully and courteously kept me updated with a time prognosis. Soon enough, Joe opened the door panel and showed me the power window motor. He demonstrated how the repair could be done with just an inexpensive regulator replacement, and not the full motor. Renee checked around for a regulator for my old car that could be delivered reasonably quickly and inexpensively. She then advised it would take several hours for the part to be delivered. Likely noticing my quandary, that I would rather not wait, but had no transportation home, Renee quickly offered me a loaner car, for free. Later that day, A2 called to say the car was fixed. I praised Joe for the superb service, and joked with Renee that it was worth the inconvenience of my problem just for the pleasure of seeing a business of dedicated employees cheerfully, quickly and cost effectively provide truly outstanding service. I wish I could find an A2 for all my service needs. I heartily recommend them.

Submitted a claim for windshield damage through my insurance and picked A2 auto glass from the list provided not knowing any places on that list. 200% happy luck had me pick this place. Single mom of a 3 yo, it was SO SO appreciated that they reached out to me to schedule and they were very flexible, offered a loaner car so we were able to go to the park and to lunch too! We returned to the shop before our call because my son needed to just sit and be because he had been playing so much. A tech offered my son a snack after checking with me, they have some kid entertainment in the waiting area, staff from (office to techs) was friendly and informative! Observed them handle a “Ken” customer that was upset about things beyond the shops control (type of glass his insurance covered) very professionally. Chip the turtle? Tortoise? Is also super adorable!! Would recommend to any and everyone!

I went to A2 glass for a new windshield after getting a long crack in the window while driving. I drove for years working for hospice to assist patients and their families at a critical time in their lives. All those miles led to trips to A2 for new windshields many times. I finally retired and had made the assumption these events would stop. Wrong! Even though I retired this year I was surprised when this happened again! A2 auto glass was there to rescue me again and I was thrilled, as usual with their prompt, highly skilled, and experienced repair. I was walked through the call to get insurance involved and didn't pay a penny. Sitting in the waiting area reading was a fun time as a staff members dog, happy as a dog can be, came out to greet everyone. Every staff person was pleasant and helpful. When you need auto glass repairs I strongly recommend A2 Auto Glass. They're Excellent!

A2 Auto Glass is an outstanding business, they are friendly polite and professional from start to finish. I spoke with Cindy and she was very polite friendly. Then I spoke and did the majority of my business with Lanette who was very knowledgeable professional and very helpful. She explained and answered questions as well as educating me on how to understand if the windshield is original equipment or not. They took care of all the paperwork and behind the scenes work. Ben was the technician and was super nice and also very knowledgeable, he even explained how the old windshield in my 2018 F150 was installed improperly as well as some other hidden things from a previous owner. I am very happy with A2 Auto Glass and will definitely use them again as well as spreading the word for them. Thank you for a quality experience.

Wow!! I just had an absolutely positive experience with A-2 Auto Glass!! Everybody there was so helpful and kind and what amazing work!! My customer service rep Cindy was so kind and an Angel!! Nobody likes driving down the road and unexpectedly having a rock hit your windshield and chip/crack it!! If this does happen to you I would highly recommend A-2 Auto Glass to anybody!! You can’t even tell where the chipped/cracked windshield was located!! I am so thankful to them and I was in and out in about 40 minutes!! What a great ending to a rough beginning of my day!! Thank you to Cindy and the glass repair technician!! You made my day so much brighter!!

I can’t say enough good things about A-2 Auto Glass! After a terrifying experience where something hit my windshield and shattered it, I needed help fast. As I had to leave for college two days later and other companies told me it would take 4 days to get me in!! They got me in first thing the very next morning after my accident, they were incredibly kind and friendly, and made the whole process so easy. The repair was beautiful—my car looks brand new—and the price was very reasonable. I’m so grateful for their quick service and the peace of mind they gave me. Highly recommend!

A2 Auto Glass was incredibly helpful in a time of need for me. My back windshield completely shattered two days before moving out of town, and Cindy and Renee ensured that I would have prompt mobile service. Ben came and quickly and diligently installed a new windshield. When he was done, he helped me confront another issue— my car battery was dead. Thanks to Ben’s assistance, care, and patience, I have a working car with a beautiful new windshield. Thanks so much to everyone involved, I would absolutely recommend A2 Auto Glass to anyone.

I highly recommend A2 Auto Glass. All of the employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They do a great job and often extremely quickly. I’m someone who has bad luck when it comes to chips & cracks on windshields and finding A2 Auto Glass was my stroke of good luck. They replaced my windshield last March, and 2 days later my husband got a chip on it, which they immediately repaired. I just got a new chip repaired less than 2 hours after my windshield got chipped! I recommend them to friends and family all the time.

A2 is hands down the best if you need windshield or other glass work. I've had 2 chips and 4 windshield replacements (all due to stones - guess there are worse things to be unlucky with) through A2. Every experience has been excellent. They get you in fast, they're efficient in their work (with excellent quality and results), and are incredibly helpful navigating insurance (they conference call the company with you - such an easy process for the customer). If you use them you'll never want to go elsewhere!
