I have been bringing my motorcycle here for the last 5 years or so, and always passed inspection, and I have owned my bike for around 20 years, and have never fail inspection, until yesterday. Yesterday they failed only because a small blue light on my head light. I show the guy on google that they are only ilegal if they are blinking or in strobe mode, or circling, none of these my bike had. He just showed me a different site where they did not specify if they were illegal or legal depending on the mode settings. He just ignore me and failed. Went out to a different shop, and it passed inspection in a blink of an eye. I definitely do not recommend this place. In response to your reply, I said 5 yrs or so, that means not exactly 5 yrs. 2nd did you call the rmv for clarification on blue lights in Massachusetts? Blinking, strobe, circling, etc? If not you should. 3rd, if that law is being forced, since when, because I have being bringing my bike to you for the last THREE YEARS and always pass inspection. And also in the last 20 years that I have owned my bike, this is the very first time it fail for something so stupid. If you means to obey the law, don't you tell me that you have obey the laws the right way, for example, have you ever gone over the speed limit, 2,5,10,15 miles in your live? If so you have broken the law. Becase is the speed limit in certain areas is 65,it means that if you go 66 mi, you are breaking the law,don't you?

My name is Musa Bas. I am writing to correct the answer you gave me. You told me that you came at 9:42. But I came and asked before. He said there were only 2 cars. (This should be 10 minutes at most). Then I got in line and waited. That means about 2 hours. According to the answer you gave me; I concluded that you lied on purpose to keep me waiting. Also, the back of the mirror is not broken, it is a crack. For this reason, I am responding because you left it without inspection. What you said about the crack behind the mirror is against the law, why did I have so many inspections in previous years? If it is against the law, why did you violate the law before? When I asked your staff about this, they said it was your staff. It is at the discretion of the person who did the inspection. The answer you gave me was written politely but was very arrogant and disrespectful. I advise you to be respectful to the customer and know your place. That is why I gave you a low score again. I SAY IT AGAIN: NO ONE SHOULD GO HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I’m going to be honest about my review . The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart . I got there as soon as they opened . And they took me right away. Easy process. Now, the man doing my inspection. It is EXTREMELY / SKETCHY & weird that he asked if he could keep my plates in exchange to not charge me $10 to put my new ones on for me ( after I told him New Jersey requires us to bring the plates back) he followed by “ ok well I won’t charge u anyways I’ll do u that favor” . Sir, u weren’t doing me any favors. Rmv told me u guys would put it on for me. But even if you guys did charge for that; it shouldnt be exchanged for what in New Jersey is illegal. I don’t know the laws in Mass yet but that made me feel like I can’t trust my car there. Again, the customer service outside of all this was amazing. They even gave me free window cleaner. Had it not been for that interaction with my inspector, I probably would be back and leaving a great review. This could just be a misunderstanding or what not but I’m just being honest.

Affordable Auto Glass replaced my windshield recently. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and the service was done within a couple days. Once I picked up my car I noticed my headlights were not working on automatic. I returned to the shop they said they were not working because I had a headlight out. I quickly replaced the bulb that same day waited for the evening and still no automatic lights. I returned today and was told they did all they could for me and was encouraged to take my car to a mechanic. It seems like they did not calibrate my sensor or they damaged my sensor. Instead of taking the time to review the installation and make sure they did not missing anything they turned me away. I used insurance for this replacement so I called my insurance quickly and I am still waiting for a response from Affordable. I would not recommend them for any glass replacement. This is the 2nd consecutive year I've had my Goldwing state inspection at Affordable Auto Glass. Both times the experience was favorable. There is a nice, air conditioned waiting room. A few other bike owners were there at the same time since no appointments are made, this being a "first come first served" inspection station. But, it's not a problem; wait-time was minimal. Last year the owner did my inspection. This year one of his employees did it. Both times the experience was professional and honest. The only negative for me was that no cash would be accepted; only debit or credit card. I prefer paying by cash (still legal tender) as an option for any type of business here in the United States. Overall the experience was good. I would go again.

Place is amazing! Got me in their schedule super fast same week and had my glass either in stock or shipped to them in that time. It was a genuine Ford windshield unlike the cracked one they took out from the previous owner and they put every single thing back on my windshield the way it was even when I forgot to take my dash cam off for them. Did I mention I replaced my windshield with them twice in a couple months?! They even filed the claim for me, I just gave them my insurance info! I cannot recommend this place enough. I would sent my mother here alone. Everyone is so helpful! Overnight drops too!

Amazing service! Extremely impressed! Affordable got us me out of a serious jam with Safelite yesterday. I had rust under my windshield seal and they left my car without a windshield! Tammy immediately picked up the phone and said “yes, we got you!”. My car was done quickly and Andrew showed me the incredible work he did. They even cleaned my floor mats and gave me a free auto glass cleaner! Very reasonable price for the rust job and they worked with my insurance for the glass. I haven’t worked with anyone in the car business that was so effortless, ever! Thank you so much!

Inspection time. Although it failed for a bad ball joint, my husband and I knew what we had to do. Our mechanic of 10 years was awesome in squeezing us in this morning to replace the ball joint. We went from Rejection sticker to passing in 24 hours. My husband and I have been going to Affordable for inspection for the last 4-5 years. The inspectors are honest and explain everything when you fail. We'll definitely keep on recommending them for inspection and glass service too. Thanks to the AAG team! You're the best! We stopped in there to get my "new" 2012 used car inspected a few days after purchase. We were recommended here by our usual auto shop when they were just swamped with work and honestly told us that. They recommended that we give "Affordable Auto Glass" in West Springfield a shot. Well, we were there approaching lunch hour on a Friday before a 3-day weekend, and they had us in and out in probably 20 minutes or so. Great service and I highly recommend them if you're in need of a State inspection sticker.
