I was nervous about having my windshield replaced, having heard horror stories about sloppy work and leaks, but the crack was getting larger by the day... Let me tell you - the replacement looks like it was Factory Installed! Every little detail from the trim to the rear view mirror looks absolutely perfect. As a small business, we feel that it is our duty to give credit when credit is due! These guys are absolutely amazing! From the first phone call right down to the installation, We were thrilled! We had a very unique situation with our service vehicle. The back window had been cracked by a loose piece of track. It was impossible for them to replace it with the ladder racks in the way. So, because they couldn’t replace it the same day until we got the racks off, they sent us down to Walpole body shop. They had the guys down there put a temporary plastic cover in the window, free of charge! I was amazed by the way they cared for our situation. A day later, they came out and installed the window, with no problems whatsoever! These guys are friendly, courteous, and truly watch out for their customers! They are the prime example of a superb local business and a reminder on how important it is to support them, as they assist us. A stone cracked my windshield while driving, and it needed replacement. My insurance company said the vehicle would need system recalibration at the dealership afterward. I called Innovative, and they coordinated with Land Rover so I could bring the car there—Innovative replaced the windshield on-site at the dealership, and the dealership handled the recalibration. Karla at Innovative made the whole process incredibly smooth. Truly 5-star service. Amazing company!

Excellent experience start to finish with Innovative Auto Glass. Having a heated windshield with HUD I wanted to make sure it was taken care of properly. David didn’t disappoint! His work was quick and very professional and he even sent me on my way with a lot of advice to avoid future problems with my windshield and back window as well. We had an issue with our sunroof where it wouldn’t close completely, and after the last snowstorm the window was leaking. We called Innovative Auto Glass and they scheduled our appointment right away. The window was fixed so quickly and the communication was perfect.
