Very happy with the service from Roy's!! I got a crack in the windshield of my Ford bronco and was recommended to Roy's by the dealership. I was happy to see that they are an authorized Ford provider as well. I called and spoke to Kayla who was extremely helpful and informative. I just provided my insurance number and they took care of the claim! She also worked with me to find a time that worked and even offered to have a crew come to my house! Eric and Kevin came up and quickly installed the new OEM glass (thank you for that by the way!) and even transferred the mounting hardware for my dash cam and E-ZPass! Everybody was so friendly and I highly recommend using Roy's. While I hope I never get another windshield crack, I know who to call now

Excellent service! The windshield replacement service provided by Vic and Eric was outstanding. Their punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail, including rust treatment, sanding and primed the rust over the pinch weld. Replaced the rubber seal around the glass. Used a seal that fits snugly between the fender and the glass, enhancing the vehicle's appearance, providing a sleek and clean look to the front end of the car, went above and beyond expectations. The quality materials used and the TLC given to "Blueberry" (Nicknamed by my daughter) made this a highly satisfying experience. I could not ask for more.

STEBBINS Auto Repair here, been using them for years. Always deliver exceptional service for us and our customers. Just had a windshield replaced on a new Cadillac. They took care of some previous damage and rust from a prior windshield replacement when they didn't have to. It was an insurance job that only required glass replacement. They were able to calibrate the ADAS system as well. So lane departure and adaptive cruise control calibrations were taken care of and the vehicle did not need to go to the dealership for the additional calibrations. Our customer was completely satisfied so it was a win win for everyone!!

Way back when I bought my first car (a hylander) the windshield had a black sensor type thing that was glued on the interior of the shield with some weird black glue and when it got hot it would stretch and dangle. I went to Roy’s and they scraped all the glue off and glued it on right and refused payment- said it was courtesy of them! Now I am a business owner with multiple box trucks and we bring all of our trucks there with broken windshields and they fix them in a timely manner. We love Roy’s and will never use another company for windshield things!

Great customer service and work provided was fantastic! Had my windshield replaced, which is never easy due to all the hooks ups and programming my car has. Roy’s took the time to get everything approved through insurance and made it a very hands off experience for me. Kayla was awesome and set everything up, while Kevin, Zach and Jason did a great job doing the installation and programming. Highly recommend!

I had a scary thing happened to me this morning. A large chunk of something flew off of an 18-wheeler and smashed my windshield right in front of my face. I called Roy's and they were able to get me in today to replace my windshield which is great because we have a bad storm coming. I can't recommend Roy's enough. Their staff was extra helpful and professional and went the extra mile for me!

Eric & Kevin were great! Not only were they professional in their appearance and demeanor despite the bitter cold, their skillset when changing my cracked windshield was beyond reproach. The best part about it all was the fact that they cleaned out leaves and other built up debris that had collected under the window sill. Great service by two awesome window replacement techs!!!

My fiance windshield was cracked and we heard of Roy’s Auto Glass in Dudley. He told his insurance place he wanted them. They came out to my home and were very polite and nice. They did a wonderful job with my new windshield. They took their time and did it correctly. I’ll be sure to let all my family and friends know to go to see them if they need auto glass. Great experience!

Roys auto glass is 5 out of 5! They were a huge help for me and my vehicle! The ladies in the front were so nice and caring. Kayla was the one who helped me and she was great. She super informative and answered all of my questions. I was able to meet the owner and he was extremely nice. I would and already have recommended my family and friends to go here.
