Prime Auto Glass

About a year and a half ago prime scheduled an appointment for my windshield on a chevy silverado. The day of the install it started to rain so the technician gave me a choice to either reschedule or he would use one of his many associates with a garage to get it done. I chose the latter and the job was done without incident. Although he encountered rust under the chrome molding he did not charge any more and still guaranteed it wouldn't leak. It did not. I have since referred them to my son for a windshield which was done flawlessly and then my son's neighbor who unfortunately had a bad break up with his girlfriend and she broke several of his windows on his car. Prime auto glass for me deserves more than 5stars. My chevy suburban needs a windshield so I'm gonna schedule an appointment now. I'm a senior trying to navigate a windshield replacement on an older car. I had no idea what I was doing and was anxious. Leslie was very helpful and patient with me. I got an appointment within 48 hours. The person who came out to do the work had over 20 years of experience and it showed. He went right to work, very organized, very professional and finished in ~45 minutes! An expert job. My car looks new! I would recommend this family-owned business without reservation. Leslie and her husband are absolutely top notch. So thorough, so communicative honestly, I wish they fixed all parts of cars because I would see no one else! I cannot recommend them enough. When you drive a company car, you reflect the business. This morning, Prime Auto Glass, the sort of company that should be particularly knowledgeable about safe driving and the effects of unsafe driving, is going 90 mph down the highway in the rain. Is it worth getting up 10 minutes earlier, or being 10 minutes late, in exchange for the risk of killing someone else on the road?

Guy did a solid job but has a terrible attitude. Got upset at me because I couldn’t pay with cash. Suggested that I make a run to the bank and he got very condescending. No excuses for treating your customers like that, especially over 40 extra dollars. I suggest either the tech learns how to speak to customers before they aggravate the wrong one.
