I had the chance to work with Anthony regarding a window replacement, and I have to say he is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. He not only helped me with the insurance process and scheduling, but also took the time to explain what a proper repair should look like instead of just rushing through the job. That level of care is rare in auto repair, and it really stood out to me. I was initially going to book with Safelite, but after seeing so many negative reviews I felt hesitant to let them handle the repair. I’m glad I found Local Auto Glass instead. Anthony was very flexible with timing and as early as at 7 a.m. to accommodate my schedule. The entire service took about 50 minutes, which allowed me to get it done before work. Do you have broken glass on your vehicle, with or without modifications? You should get that fixed incase it’d fully break in you. Well the Safelite glass guys refused to do a job on my car due to it being lowered than the factory, as well as non oem wheels. They told me I needed to go to stock height to have my windshield changed and recalibrated. It took me only one call to this shop & Anthony is super professional & much more certified than the young boys who didn’t know what they were talking about at Safelite. If you ever able to preform any glass repair do not go with Safelite they clearly do not know what they are doing. Anthony had my glass repaired, and none of the lies/error the Safelite guys advised I’d get happened.

Anthony did annual maintenance on our furnace and replaced a malfunctioning condensate pump on the AC. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We knew the pricing before he started. He explained what he was going to do and why, and he answered any questions I had. In addition to replacing the pump he also rerouted the condensate tubing to make it more efficient and attractive. Anthony Sheldone from Higher Standard Service provided the most detailed and reasonable estimate for services as compared to other three contractors. Antony did an outstanding job installing an AC. The warranties that Higher Standards provide on labor significantly exceed the one year warranty provided by other HVAC contractors. Anthony provided full transparency regarding expenses and did not mark up the prices for additionally supplied parts. He was very pleasant to interact with and I can highly recommend him to other potential customers without any reservations.

I had a significant clog in my pipes that was causing leaking and flooding in my basement. I called Anthony and he encouraged me to text him pictures and responded immediately with a plan of action. When he came to take a took at the issue, he walked me through why the pipes were clogging and talked to me about all my options. He was transparent and personable. I have felt intimidated and condescended in the past by other repair professionals. Anthony is not that type of professional. I would recommend his service. We will be calling him if we need further work on our house.
