Advanced Auto Glass

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Advanced Auto Glass. Every single person I dealt with was beyond knowledgeable, extremely kind, and incredibly helpful and professional (shout outs to Kim, Neil, Vinny, and Greg!!). I have had horrible experiences with the Safelite brand and will always try to support local businesses when I can, and shame on any insurance agency for trying to steer people towards a huge (terrible) corporation when they could be suggesting wonderful small businesses in our communities. Thank you all so much - I will definitely be recommending this business to everyone in need.

Service was prompt and well done for myself and also for a friend I referred to them. My friend first went to a certain nationwide company who advertises on the tv. She needed front and back windshieldd. They made her wait ten days and then called on the 9th day to tell her they could not find the back windshield. Ridiculous!. So I called Advanced and got her an appointment for two days later as they said both windshields were readily available. They arrived first thing in the morning, and installed both in less than 2 hrs!!. Fantastic. Highly recommend this company

I had a very small ding in the corner of the windshield of a Prius. Advanced Auto tried to repair it but the repair failed. They scheduled me for a windshield replacement within 2 days. The replacement took 2 hours & the result is perfect, right down to the placement of the registration sticker. The staff was courteous & efficient, and the work is of the highest quality. I highly recommend them.& wouldn't think of going anywhere else if I need another windshield repair or replacement.

I had an unfortunate landscape issue involving the breaking of the rear passenger window of my new 2024 Ram 1500. I called Advanced Auto Glass and within minutes Katie had located replacement glass and arranged for quick installation at my home. Repair Tech showed up this morning and installation is complete and looks like new again. Repair Tech was very professional. I live in Plymouth and would highly recommend using Advanced Auto Glass for any glass repairs.

Neil arrived as promised and in moments my windshield was fully repaired. What a treat to not leave the house and have my car repaired quickly right in my driveway — by a responsive, professional and experienced service technician From Katie who scheduled my appointment and Neil who fixed my windshield, it clear you care about your customers by hiring excellent people! Neil from Advanced came out to my place to replace my windshield right on time and did a fantastic job. Neil and the person I spoke to on the phone were super nice and super professional. They were also prepared for a quirk with my specific insurance company which made the process super smooth which could have been a big problem. I highly recommend Advanced.

Exceptional service! Another glass company had dropped the ball and Katie at Advanced got me back on track. The insurance company was being difficult and she got them on the phone and got everything straightened out. Neil did a great job installing the new window right in my driveway. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish.

Fast, professional, and great communication. Installer was prompt, and explained everything's clearly. Especially details regarding computer reinstalls for software that runs the cameras & sensors affected by the windshield change out. Such a change from the huge corporate windshield companies. Definitely recommend.

I would absolutely recommend using them million percent. I contacted them early Saturday morning and they contacted me back instantly and came right out and replaced my windshield Tues. Neil the technician in New Bedford was great fast knowledgeable and got right to it and was done while I waited.
