The woman working the front desk at 3pm on 4/1/25 needs an attitude check. My mom brought in her vehicle this morning for a full windshield replacement (there was a 6 inch crack so it wasn't something we could just ignore). She made an appointment through the main Safelite line and in that appointment she requested that only OEM parts were used since it's relatively new Audi and because we only like to use original parts for our cars; personal preference. She showed up for her appointment as scheduled and upon arrival they said they didn't have the parts available. First mistake is that they should have called us ahead of time to let us know before having us waste our time there. Since the part wasn't available, we were willing to reschedule the appointment with no problem. Before we could even do that, the woman mumbles under her breath "I just don't get it. Why would you pay so much more money just for the Audi logo to be on it". IT'S NOT ABOUT THAT. If we ordered original parts, we want original parts. It doesn't matter why. If you go to Starbucks and order a grande unicorn frappuccino with 8 straws, you get just that. You don't then get an attitude and served a simple hot coffee. LOSE THE ATTITUDE and get your customer requests organized.

Edited again. When I arrived today to have the pillars fixed I spoke w the manager who was very kind. I also heard the morning meeting where they were discussing safety and professionalism. I will need another windshield with all the driving I do and if this manager is here I will give them another chance. Edited to lower my review. I have sent the communication through the link they provided. No one has responded. Still can’t get through to the shop and no one has contacted me about the parts on my car they damages. I am contacting my insurance at this point to report this situation. Just horrible! Incredibly disappointing. I picked up my car and there is glass in my air vents. They cut the interior trim package around the window. My driver seat control panel was loose when I brought the car in, which I mentioned to them, and when I picked up the car it had been removed completely and all the clips broken. The gentleman who helped me when I realized my trim package was messed up was polite and let me know he would try to reach the parts department on Monday to order replacement trim. No my car was not spotless when I brought it in but I didn’t expect to have to clean shattered glass out of my air vents and console.

We've used Safelite before with no issues. Called our insurance and they recommended Safelite and within two days or windshield was replaced without issue. So we figured; "OK! We'll have them fix the rear window on this car." So we dropped off the car and thought great. They told us it would be about an hour to and hour in a half. My wife asked "why do long?" and the guy said it was because most of the time was cleaning up the broken glass. Well after the glass was replaced we noticed at two sections the glass and the molding didn't line up. Oh and the glass still filled the trunk and in the trunk gate so you hear it when you open and close the gate. But I thought most of the 1 and 1/2 was cleaning up the glass? 🤔 So we brought the vehicle back to fix the issue. After the second time everything looked good at first. We got home and and a day or two later we noticed one spot where the molding didn't cover the glass and paint that was chipped off along the roof and spoiler. Needless to say we'll be contacting our insurance company again! The kicker......? After two visits..... They NEVER vacuumed/cleaned out the glass! ZERO professionalism!

I would review this with zero stars if I could. While my insurance covered the entire cost and the recalibration of my window repair this location left my vehicle after hours, unlocked with the keys in the seat with no notification to myself or my husband about the status of my vehicle. They had assumed it was going to be picked up or they just didn't care. But to leave a vehicle unlocked with keys and seat for theft of opportunity with no communication is unacceptable. The only way I knew my vehicle was left outside of their facility unlocked was because my car comes with an app to be able to see the status. When I try to lock it remotely, it said it couldn't because a fob was detected. I tried calling and got the after hours customer service and which the only course of action was for me to drive a half an hour to go check on the status of my vehicle. Hoping that it wasn't sitting outside unlocked. Sadly, it was. I do not recommend this location to anyone they do not care about the safety in the security of your vehicle .

If I could do 0 stars I would. The man who replaced my windshield told me he was unable to put the rear mirror panel back on and I would need zip ties to do so. After he replaced my windshield the driver side leaked any time there was even a rain drop in the sky. I brought it back to Safelite in Raynham and the wonderful woman showed me every single step of the way showing my why not only the leak was there, but also wind blowing up while I’m driving was due to the seal not on the bottom of the windshield correctly. The pin on the replacement windshield he shoved into my car instead of where it should have been placed, and the windshield wasn’t even set properly, the passenger side had a gap where the driver side had a flush windshield to the panel of the side of the car. I’m now 2 hours into trying to fix what that man had done to my brand new car.

i’d give it no stars if i could. poor service from the woman at the front desk to the technicians in the back. got my windshield replaced and they broke the heating element wire during the replacement. they couldn’t figure out how to recalibrate anything. had to take it to the toyota dealership so professionals could fix the issue. now safelite doesn’t wanna pay for the heating element replacement. true negligence all around and absolutely terrible customer service. i will never use safelite again. *** i spent over 3 hours at safelite and WAS recommended to go to a dealership so idk why the owner is lying in their response to me*** they also BROKE THE WIRE and can’t do their job correctly.

These complete idiots sent two tech’s to my house with a BROKEN windshield. Said we will either put this on and you’ll be all set, or you can wait another three days for us to get the part (it’s in Connecticut btw), and I have waited 7 days already. Do not make the mistake of trusting your vehicle with these fools; they don’t honor the investment you make in them. They sent the technician away when I told them I would not accept a broken windshield, and called me to tell me I would not see any new part until Monday/Tuesday. I’m taking my business somewhere else. I sell cars, and I know the business well. You guys are awful and should be put out of business. Hopefully 🙏

Careless, unprofessional!! Dropped the car off for the front windshield replacement as recommended from the auto insurance company. Took a video of the windshield and surrounding area before, came back after work was done and both side of the windshield and top have scrapes and scratches on them from there tools, very clear to see, even fingerprints all over. Asked for the manager or supervisor and he came out and tried to convince me those were already there. Didn’t even offer to buff them out. The insurance uses them because its cheap and thats probably why they do a bad job. Don’t recommend them to anyone!!

My Safelite technician (I believe his name was Michael or Matt?) was extremely personable, polite, correct, articulate, efficient, and did an excellent job. Very clean work. Extremely friendly. Could not have done a better job, a true professional. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with my technician from Safelite. My service was done on 7/11. Safelite if you're reading this you should contact me. Seriously. The guy who installed my windshield is an all-star. Techs like him make all the difference. If I ever have to replace another windshield I already know who I'm calling

Very easy drop off and pick up. App easy and work done as expected. Easy to schedule on app and app easy to navigate. Finished on time. Highly recommend. Why 4 stars and not 5: General phone number and not the shop to speak with a person but the customer service person made sure requested details on work order. Car interior not left as clean as preferred but not a reason to not use this business.ServicesAuto side window replacementPrice assessmentGreat price
