Literal waste of time. After speaking to 3 different reps from AGN - I was told the window that was selected was the correct one for install. Not one - but 3 different agents confirmed and provided and estimate. After dropping my car off - I was told they had the incorrect windshield and that my vehicle required a specific one. I picked my car up and apparently I was told that I should be the one to know the type of windshield my car requires not them. Funny, I didn't realize that I was the auto glass expert in this case..... maybe I should order it myself and install it also. That said - I'll stick with their competitor - I called and they knew exactly the correct windshield to order and replace and confirmed it with the dealership. Also AGN please spare me your auto generated message that you want to make things right and to contact you - better yet focus on training your staff be more knowledgeable in their trade and customer service.

I heard about Auto Glass now from Rob White a rep from the company. I had always dealt with Safelite in the past, but decided to give Auto Glass Now a shot. What a great experience from start to finish! The person that took my initial call was professional, efficient, and had me scheduled within minutes. I was offered an appointment the next day, so no waiting time. The tech called me about twenty minutes before arrival to give me a heads up, which was perfect. He came right to my place of employment and was done in no time. I would highly recommend Auto Glass now whether you need a repair or replacement. 5 Stars all the way! Thanks Rob White for referring me to your company. It was seamless!

Absolutely awful. Called to get a windshield replacement scheduled. They contacted my insurance company to start the claim and verify the deducible was covered. I had to follow up multiple times to try to get the work scheduled. When calling today; I was on with a phone rep to look up where we were with verifying the claim was covered. The phone got disconnected (after I gave them my phone number). I tried calling back 4 times to see if I could reconnect- each time it sounded like someone was picking up and disconnecting me immediately. Just an overall awful experience. Now I have to find a new company to work with- as I am not wasting any more time and getting hung up on.

Excellent service. Technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and answered my questions. Kept me informed as to arrival time at my home. The customer service representative who handled my initial call contacted the insurance company while I was on the phone (3 party call), so the insurance was handled up front. She was helpful and courteous. Was able to schedule an appointment at my convenience. Couldn't ask for better service from initial contact to completed replacement.

Given the unnecessary tech put in new vehicles these days a windshield replacement is no longer straight forward. It took a team of two highly skilled professional installers to get the job done. I was very impressed with how the job was scheduled and executed. Kyle quickly and expertly replaced the physical hardware, and then John calibrated all the electronic gizmos. All done in the parking lot while I was at work. Couldn't have been easier. Well done and thank you.

I had a new windshield replaced. The installer Sean did a great job. He informed me when he would be at my house and showed up on schedule. He explained everything to me re: Putting Sticker back on and how he would be handling my EZ Pass. Sean is a real professional guy and a great representative for the company. I would highly recommend this company and if you could get Sean to do your work I know you will be very satisfied with his work.

Very responsive and easy to work with. The part I needed was promptly ordered. The office staff were great in scheduling my appointment and answering questions about filing the insurance claim. The installation began within minutes of my arrival and completed in less than an hour. The installer did a great job of cleaning up the tempered glass pellets resulting from the break.

AGN was efficient in replacing our driver side window after a highway incident. The call was made on a Tuesday, and the first appointment was scheduled for Friday; however, the glass for the door was not in stock. So we had to wait until Monday, but AGN came to our place of employment and replaced it there instead of in our driveway. Within 30 minutes the task was complete!
The Hoodrich 617 Channel
Don’t go here if you have a luxury car with any type of camera in the window. Broke mine have done a horrible job at staying in contact and getting this taken care of. Took 4 techs to install the windshield. I asked them before hand if they could do. Obviously said yes. Now 3 month later my car sits with a broken camera. Manager is also horrible at staying in contact.

Giovanni (the tech) was super helpful and friendly, and even came back to install a part that was initially not included by the manufacturer with the windshield. Unfortunately, getting the initial quote for the OEM windshield took weeks and many attempts, with numerous calls to AGN. So, they need to improve their back office systems, but their field techs are great.
