When I cracked the windshield of my Porsche, I called the nearest Porsche dealership and they directed me to Auto Glass Now. The person I spoke with was very friendly and helpful, got on the phone with my insurance company, got OEM glass approved and very quickly got everything set up. A couple of days later when they had received and inspected the glass someone called to setup the install, which would be at the Porsche dealership (45 minutes a way). This is when things went down hill. I dropped the car off on the designated day and time and took an Uber home. About 45 minutes after I got home, I received a call from Auto Glass Now, saying they needed to reschedule because they did not have a technician available. I explained to the person that I needed to get the glass done today as I had plans on other days and that the amount of travel time I'd have to go through again was extremely inconvenient. Agent was nice and said they would speak to a Supervisor. I received a call about 20 minutes later and basically there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could do it on Monday but that the problem I had was leaving the car at the dealership and asked if a more specific time could be set. She said she would make it a priority job and that they could get it done between 8 and noon. I specifically asked if that meant it would be completed by noon and she said yes so we set it all up. I went back to the Porsche dealership arriving just before 8am and waited and waited and waited. I call Auto Glass Now 4 times and although the agents were all very nice, none could tell me anything other than that it was on the schedule for today as a priority job. A couple said they would try to contact the technician or their supervisor (they later said they could not get in touch with them, one said they did not have any contact info for the installer.). Finally, at 12:45 the the installer showed up. Remember it was promised to be. completed by noon. While I'm waiting for the car (took about 2 hours), I was told by the Porsche Service Advisor he didn't understand why they wanted to do the install at the dealership as they could have come to my house. (that would have made things a little easier for me). When the car was completed, I didn't get a chance to look the car over until I got home and I was even more disappointed. First, there were pieces of string all over the interior of the car. Second, some trim panels on the passenger side of the windshield did not appear to be installed properly. Lastly, in looking at where the rain sensor is attached, it looks like either a crack or a hair or something is inside that area. (rain sensor appears to be working okay though). All in all this was a horrible experience. It's clear customer service doesn't know anything or having any control over the install process. Workmanship of the install was not that great though at least I know it doesn't leak. If I ever have to have a windshield replaced again, I will never use this company again.

I'm in Massachusetts (glass is covered by insurance) I submitted a claim with my insurance, contacted auto glass now provided trucks VIN # and made an appointment. This is a commercial truck, auto glass now required it to be available 8am-6pm putting it down for the day. I get a call at 2pm saying the windshield they ordered was wrong and that they would have to order the correct one. I had to reach back out to them 3 days later because I hadn't heard anything about order time or new appointment. They stated they were waiting on approval from insurance (again its ALWAYS covered in Massachusetts) I three way call my insurance company and of course they approved it right away after confirming they haven't even received the request for approval. The man for Auto glass now told me someone would contact me from the North Andover location to set up an appointment. I asked him how long does it take for the correct windshield to come in, he wasn't sure but said he would have someone reach out. 3 days go by again and I hear nothing. I contacted them again and spoke with someone who placed me on hold for 10+ mins only to disconnect the call and again I had to call them back (good customer service would have called me back as soon as the call dropped) no one seemed to even know the status of the windshield ordering and I'm not sure how well notes were taken on the claim as reach rep seemed to be lost as I recapped the situation multiple times. I was finally able to book a Saturday appointment and the guys who came to install did a great job (hence the 2 stars and not zero). Start to finish this took approximately 2.5- 3 weeks to complete so to advertise as Auto Glass "now" seems far fetched. This should have been completed correctly the first time based off VIN and then it should have been expedited to rectify the situation. Instead I was chasing them

At first when i made my first appointment for mobil service they never even showed up after they had confirmed with me day before, and i also had texted them through there portal as well as calling them and spoke with receptionist and she had said they were running late but they were definitely going to come that day still to change the windshield on my vehicle. Well they never showed up and i also had made another appointment and they had failed again to show up as they said it was due to the fact that i had not answered there call when they called before they came to confirm of any changes. As i had asked them to text me because i cant talk on the phone while working, and not to mention that they were not even close to the target time of 8:00-9:00 am. As it was 4:00 pm not to mention. Anyway i paid in advance for the windshield so they didn't have to connact me and the third time they did it finally. Laat thing was that when i went to check the job there was little shards of broken glass everywhere.

Never again will I use Auto Glass Now in North Andover MA. And I hope you won't either. When I picked up my car the windshield was so filthy I could barely see through it. I went back inside and asked the woman at the desk what the story was and she told me that the tech had used my windshield wipers to make sure they worked and there must have been some sort of debris in my washer fluid that would not wipe off with the windshield wipers. Instead of getting the tech out there to properly clean it, she gave me some glass cleaner and paper towels and I had to do it myself. In addition to that, after leaving I found a bunch of left over rubber pieces on my passenger side floor that they neglected to pick up. I would not recommend this location.

I had a very good experience with Auto Glass Now in North Andover. The CA (Customer Advocate), Elizabeth, made me very comfortable and welcomed at the waiting room as I wait for the new car windshield be replaced. She offered me coffee and later on some water. She even provided me with a space where I can do some computer work while I wait. She was friendly and provided an excellent customer service. She is the kind of person to have so customers come back and recommend the business to their friends and family. *Just a constructive concern though to the technicians who replace the windshield, please make sure to put back the car settings to its original state.

Although I've seen bad reviews online about AGN, my experience with them was different. While I shared my concerns with the installer who came to replace the windshield on my Mercedes Benz car with regard to the bad reviews I saw online about AGN services, he promised me that he was going to do a good job. After finishing the windshield installation, everything was so nice and smooth such that you barely will know if the windshield was replaced. The guy did a professional job. His name is LUIS. I'll recommend him to be doing all the windshield replacement jobs if possible! Thanks Luis for a great job well done. I appreciate!!!

Terrible experience at this location. I scheduled my windshield replacement here since it’s preferred for Mercedes and I won’t be back. Similar to the other review, AGN used some sharp object to pick open the rear view mirror plastic piece, permanently damaging it. Thanks! AGN also did not correctly install the windshield and didn’t even calibrate it. As soon as I left the shop, there was a whistling sound indicating a bad seal probably. I called AGN to see if they could fix it since I left the shop 10 mins before, and all they could tell me is the location had closed 20 mins ago, even though I was literally just there.

“Manny” made a mobile visit to replace my windshield. He was the utmost professional. Manny was personal ( which is refreshing nowadays ) and showed great knowledge of what he was doing. I had a problem with a leak and he not only took the time to explain where it was coming from and why, he also explained in detail how he was going to correct the issue. Manny left my car clean and free of debris from the windshield replacement. Auto glass now (AGN ) should be pleased that they have someone out there representing their company in such a positive and professional manner. Thank you, AGAIN Manny !

Just had my windshield replaced from modern glass. They came to my house and did the work inside my garage. And let me tell you, Mr. Mhartnett did a fantastic job with the installation work. He left no traces that my car windshield was even touched! I’m beyond happy and satisfied with the outcome! I’ve dealt with other companies before and they were messy and broke clips holding the moldings, like they just wanted to get the job done and over with. If anyone need to get their windshield replaced, I highly recommend Modern glass to get the job done.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Poor communication. They did not have the window available, we set up an appointment for a replacement a week in advance and they still had to go order one the same day of the appointment. We were told it would be about an hour and they hadn't started working on the vehicle until 2 hours in. Claimed they "don't make" a part that was needed but it is available online and at other stores, they up charged for a more expensive part. Overall 3 times the quoted timeframe and messed up our schedule for the day. Would not come back or use their services again.
