Auto Glass Now

Auto Glass Now came out on the day and time they were supposed to. The tech called ahead and came to where l was working. He was friendly and very professional and did an excellent job installing the windshield on my 2002 E350 Superduty. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Awesome company and awesome techs!

From the phone call to schedule, so knowledgeable, considerate, caring, kind. They helped me figure out if my insurance would cover it even though I didn’t have my policy number on hand. Came right to my home to replace my windshield, kept updating me about the arrival time. Very smooth process. I would always pick them.

I had a pretty bad (and quickly spreading) crack on my windshield; they helped to get me an appointment the next day, and it was replaced and recalibrated in under 3 hours! The reviews and the price were much better compared to others (plus you can actually get someone on the phone!). They also assisted in calling my insurance not once, but twice, and made sure that it was settled before my appointment. I am so happy that I came here and could not be happier with the result! **I absolutely recommend this location (I drove from Boston).** They were informative, kind, and kept me updated the whole time. Bonus points for also being able and kind enough to squeeze my mother’s car in for a chip repair the same day!

I wanna make my review HONESTLY CLEAR!! I had a GREAT experience and would give the MILFORD LOCATION 5 STARS. CORPORATE is the one who screwed up here. I was quoted $124 ONLINE for a complete windshield replacement. I didnt screenshot it, and it wasnt sent to my email. So therefore I have no proof. Yet, when I arrived it was $300+. I am a broke college student trying to make it by, and I came to AutoGlassNow because its cheaper than Safelite. I was grateful the techncian had a $50 coupon for me bringing it down to $277 change.

It was an easy process to get the claim done with AGN. They called the insurance company with me on the line to start the claim. Then we scheduled the install. The Auto Glass tech PJ told us exactly when he would show up with phone calls and texts. He installed the windshield, and everything is working great! Excellent Service all around! I came in this morning for a glass repair & was in and out. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Customer service is top notch.
