Auto Glass Now

Absolutely terrible business. Figure I would use them since they’re down the street from my job. Tried to get a windshield replaced with these people and they could never get back to me about setting up an appointment. They said they had to wait on my insurance company to approve an OEM windshield. Three weeks of waiting I said to heck with them and I went with safelite. Funny how they got an answer within a day. Auto glass now has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Never, ever going use them.

The technician who installed the new windshield worked efficiently and left no sign of and work having been done in my driveway. The tech who followed him to calibrate the camera etc, too, did his work efficiently and explained what he was doing. Both were very professional, polite and prepared for the job. This single negative comment that I have is that it would be helpful if your office would give a more concise time for the work to be done than “between 8 am and 6 pm”. Surely you can at least pre-plan for a morning or afternoon arrival time and let the customer be able to plan his day accordingly.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Auto Glass Now in Medford. I would like to mention Kenny specifically. I had a very complex repair of my entire panoramic roof on my Infiniti and Kenny and his team assisted me from the beginning until the end with expert advice, patience, and Repair. He worked with my insurance company directly, problem solved and got everything approved and taken care of on my behalf. I highly recommend Auto Glass Now! 🌟

My window got smashed in the middle of the night. I tried to get a technician from Safelite but they were booked solid for two weeks! My technician, Kenny, was able to come to my office NEXT DAY and fix the window. I couldn't be more grateful to the team at Auto Glass Now for their prompt and professional service. Also, big thanks to Geico for covering the entire cost of the window repair

Sunday, we noticed the crack on our windshield We called auto glass now on Monday and had an appointment on Wednesday. We dropped the car off in the morning two hours later. It was done. These gentlemen are very good at their job very professional. I would highly recommend auto glass now.

They called or texted me 3 times before schedule and said can you come early if you available ? It was a non-professional behavior. they were fast for renew windshield at 25-30 minutes. Under the windshield of the vehicle there are abrasion marks caused by the removal of the old glass

I went to the Medford location to have my car window fixed and the center was beyond amazing. The technician was friendly, and thorough. It was also the best experience booking for that appointment. The window looks amazing and I could not be happier.

These guys are the best. They flew through my complex installation which requires Eye Sight recalibration. They also fixed my clanky door trim at no cost at all. Need a new windshield? Go here. I know I will next time.
