Josue was excellent and efficient. Everyone at Safelite was great right from the first phone call. Had my back window fix after it shattered for no particular reason while parked in an inside garage, but to find out this is a known defect that the car maker knew about but didn't inform me. I was in and out in under 2 hours. I'm glad my insurance chose Safelite to work with. I would highly recommend them. The only thing now is I have their jingle stuck in my head, safelite replaced safelite repair 😆 🤣

Great quick service. I was scheduled to have the tech come to my home to do the work. They looked at the weather and called me to say that it’s not looking good because of the weather in 30 seconds I was rebooked for the same day I was scheduled but I went to the shop instead. The work took 1 hour every one from the manager to the tech that did the work was FANTASTIC I highly recommend them.!! Thank you!

Hi! Got a crack in my windshield in visiting in New Hampshire. Made an On-line appointment to my local Safe-lite dealer in Lynn, MA. I provided the vehicle information and my insurance company and policy number and they did the rest. Provided me with a Convenient appointment. The job was completed professionally and efficiently at the time I requested. this is how service should be.

I was there to replace my windshield. Before going, I was quite nervous because my car had the HUD, and I saw from the internet that your HUD may become blurry due to different type of glass. However, my experience here was excellent. HUD looks the same as before, and they perfectly transfered every stickers to the new windshield. Very nice service!

Don't even think about "repairing" a cracked windshield with Safelite. It doesn't work. And then they tell you they will credit you for the repair when they replace the windshield, only to call you afterwards and tell you the manager disapproved the credit. Use Giant Glass. Dennis Drinkwater would never tell you one thing and then screw you.

First round there was in I perfection I. The windshield. The technician made sure to point this out to me and asked if I wanted to have it installed. I opted to reschedule and within 3 business days. The next try just fine. The windshield was perfect and the installing convenient. It's always been a convienent experience for me with Safelite.

Recently Safelite on the Lynnway replaced the windshield on my 2006 automobile. The work was timely done as estimated. Yay! No more pitted, scored glass, which was especially difficult to see through with the sun's glare. Well done, people! Excellent work and great service! Highly recommended to all!

Terrible location. Had an appointment it was canceled they didn’t have the right windshield. Rescheduled had a new one installed. 2 months later windshield is leaking and now I have mold in my car from water damage. I hate that my insurance is making use safe light again

Replaced my windshield yesterday, if it wasn't for the noticeable crack I'd say it wasn't replaced from how perfect everything looks, even the stickers don't look like they were removed from one glass to another. Michael was great and very accommodating.
