Mammoth Auto Glass, Mirror, Shower Door Repair & Custom Glass in Lowell Mass

Brought my car to this place because of all of the positive reviews. He broke my plastic trim piece and scratched the paint when replacing the windshield....Also, looks like he tried covering the scratch up with a sharpie instead of owning up to it.

I called for a windshield replacement to be covered by geico. The guy covers the phone but I can hear everything. He tells some other guy that geico only pays $35 an hour for labor and that they only make $210 on the job. The other guy tells him to say that they can’t do It and why bother wasting their time. It’s fine that they didn’t want to do the job but I was desperate. I would’ve thrown him $50 or whatever to get my truck done faster. I hope the economy is good for these guys in the next twelve months because insurance work would’ve kept them afloat even if it is $210 per windshield.

Excellent work completed, took care of me and removed all the broken glass that was shattered from the damage before I drove off. Excellent customer service. The work was completed hours before it was promised! extremely fast. Go see these guys for any glass issues you may have!

After price shopping a few locations in the area for a piece of glass to replace a coffee table, Mammoth quoted the lowest. Placed the order and the glass was ready the following Monday. Straight to the point and a seemingly genuine business.
