I had the pleasure of Chris and Jim replacing my windshield! The experience I had was the best I have ever had! I called on a Saturday morning hoping they could replace my windshield the following Monday morning. I was so grateful and pleasantly surprised when they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule. Especially because I was preparing to leave Massachusetts that day. I asked them if I could hangout while they replaced my windshield and they seemed happy to let me. We had great conversation the entire time! Chris gave me great suggestions for places to visit and experience along my travels! Jim replaced my wipperblades! They were professional, reliable, thorough, friendly, and to top it off affordably priced! I had initially looked into a quote with a competitor and it would have been way more than I was willing to spend out of pocket. If you want affordable and quality work from a worth while compamy I strongly suggest using A+A Auto Glass! If I lived in Massachusetts I would only use them! My windshield was badly damaged by a stray piece of wood while driving on Route 2. The insurance company tried to push me automatically through Safelite, which I've had pretty poor experience with in the past. I looked around and found A+A Auto Glass and its positive reviews, and wanted to give an independent local small business a shot at fixing my windshield. I was a little nervous given the size and complexity of the windshield on a Tesla Model X. Jim was easy to coordinate with, fast to give an estimate, and fast to schedule me. I dropped my car off (a Tesla Model X) at about 10am and got it back around 1pm. So far, so good - the windshield looks excellent and they do high quality work. Some dirty hand prints on the inside, but those were easy to clean up. This is why I appreciate local small businesses - they value their customers and take pride in their work. And if you have any issues, I'm sure they would remedy them. Highly recommended!

I went to A+A to have my windows tinted recently. It was my first time having this done to any car, so I wasn't sure how to go about it. After talking with Chris, it was a very easy process and he helped me decide on exactly what I needed. He offered me a variety of options, and there was absolutely no pressure at all. I dropped my car off a few days later (very flexible) and let them get to work. When they were done, it looked like it was factory work! Not only did it look perfect, but it exceeded my expectations. I had my windows on my Honda Civic tinted 20% all the way around. The results are phenomenal! Chris totally knocked it out of the park. He initially thought he couldn’t properly tint a few windows due to glue residue from a previous tint, but he totally blew my expectations. Chris prioritized communication and transparency. He’s very talented, thorough and professional. I have never had windows tinted before, and he made the process very smooth. The quality of the tint is also very good. I chose the NR Galaxie film. I definitely plan to have cars tinted in the future at A+A. Chris was very informative and gave me the pros and cons of the different percentages and film options. I had inquired about window tinting using their online communication option and they were amazing at answering all of my questions. As a millennial, text communication is much preferred and whoever answered me was extremely professional, knowledgable and responsive. I also had a concern about how to get back home after dropping my vehicle off and they were so accommodating in making sure my needs were met. Unfortunately I had to cancel my appointment and was not able to get my windows tinted due to personal barriers, but when I am ready I will definitely hit them up. They were very understanding and accommodating despite giving me a lot of their time and not having my business just yet. Chris did my 2023 Honda Civic Si 🥹 and it came out SO BEAUTIFUL. when i first messaged him about pricing and availability he answered super quickly and was so nice about it. I was waiting on another shop to message me back while i was talking to him. He then persuaded me into going to his shop lol.. but im so so so glad i did. I’ve never been treated the way i was with him from a shop / had someone do this amazing of a job EVER. im being honest like usually when you go somewhere they want you in and out as fast as possible. Chris & Jim tinted all the windows on my 2018 Nissan Murano SUV, installed a new windshield, replaced the driver side mirror, & installed new wiper blades! I'm very pleased with the outcome! The tint came out perfect, way better than I expected. The cost of the installation of a new mirror & windshield was lower than other shops in the area! It's been a week since I got my car tinted and it looks awesome. Very happy. Quick and very easy to get an appointment. First time getting my car tinted.
