Excellent service and experience. From the initial phone call with Paul to the installation at my house. Highly recommended!! Allstate had to special order the glass (not the windshield), but they still got it overnight and came the next day. Safelite, with all of their locations, said that they could do the job in 10 days!!!

When we were blown off by another nationwide glass company for 2 vehicles we reached out to Allstate and had a resolution within 48 hours. The service tech was professional, courteous and did a great job quickly replacing the 2 windshields. Claim #893444 Filed two days ago and have had three calls into the shop - ALL STATE set appt with us to do the replacement yesterday morning. 100% insurance covered. Placed a call as no one showed up only to be told the windshield came in but had a scratch on it. Never sent me a picture of the supposedly "scratched" windshield they say they got in. Set up appt for today again, no show this morning. I placed another call and was told the technician lived in the town next to me and he would be here this afternoon. Surprise Surprise. No Show / No Call. Called company again and got answering service and she said she would pass along my information. Is this shop for real? So now it will be a minimum three days without my vehicle and still no call back from managers/owners. no resolution. no show and made up a story about the windshield they originally got in being scratched to buy time and still no show. Zero STARS if I could.

Shout out to Paul; he did a wonderful job from the get-go, making sure I was getting the windshield I was looking for my SRT. He was very friendly, pragmatic, and took care of all the paperwork. During the visit was approachable and remembered all the details from the phone calls. Jay and Herbrei (the techs) took great care of the car in less than 40', and looking good so far. After I left, I called for some follow-up questions on the polyurethane and they were resolutive. I consulted with other big, "corporate" shops before coming here, and must say that Allstate Auto Glass truly earned my business. They don't have a cookie-cutter approach and I truly appreciate that.

My issuance give me the run around , had issue with default class & thought my lower moldings + body was damage , Manager said they would inspect it with me once I bring it in to replace default windshield & they did , the molding was just not secure and no damage done to body 🤩, they where quick to rectifying the issue . At first I complaint to my insurance about it but since no damage where done and they were quick to rectifying the issue ,I withdrew my complaint. Absolutely impressed with Allstate Glass! Their team fixed my windshield with exceptional professionalism and skill. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. They even arrived early and had me back on the road without any delays. I've found my go-to glass repair service for all future needs. Wow… Simply Amazing! We had a rookie mistake of cutting a corner too close with our 5th wheel while camping and took out the back window of our F350. Drive home would be 6.5 hours with a highly annoying plastic covering but these folks got us in same day for a replacement!!!! Fast service at time of install, in and out in less than one hour!! Could not recommend enough :) customer service was excellent

Roberto called in the morning to let me know approximately when he would arrive at my home. He called when he was on the way and when he arrived. He did an excellent job replacing the windshield on what was the hottest day so far this summer. Jay installed my auto windshield glass, it came out awesome, plus he is a great guy. Brenda was helpful when I called as well as she is genuine and super in person too. I saw other team members taking care of business as well The business is in my hometown of Holbrook, Ma, so I am glad that I could patronize local, Peace.

Once the appointment process got straightened out, the windshield replacement went smoothly. The tech that came was quick and efficient. I would use them again, as well as recommend. They do work with insurance companies, but my replacement wasn't under my policy. The price I paid was very reasonable.
