Poor workmanship like an amateur did the windshield replacement. I noticed after the replacement of the windshield on my BMW535 that the bottom molding covering the bottom of the windshield is all chewed up like a mouse ate it all over the length of it. I went back and showed the manager and I said this is a poor workmanship. He immediately jumped the gun and said Safelite will never replace this piece. And started spewing non sense about it is common for BMW. I asked him is the piece replaceable and he said yes you just remove the screws here… then I asked him why the technician didn’t remove it instead of using a blade to pry it…. He said we don’t use screwdrivers…. Imagine that! A professional place to replace windshields does not use screwdrivers. Then at the end he said I will to the technician… hello! That means you agree he did poor job… the technician could have spent extra 10 minutes to remove the molding. I was quoted and hour and half and finished it in 45 minutes… he had plenty of time… I called the insurance company and filed a complaint… safelite corporate office contacted me but no action just bunch of talk….

I had an excellent experience. I was greeted by Matt one of the technicians. He was so very polite and helpful. He checked me in and let me see the windshield since I opted for the actual factory part. Everything was great. I walked down the street a little way to get a coffee and bagel to have while I was waiting for my windshield to be replaced. Matt happened to be the technician who worked on my car replacing the windshield. He did a phenomenal job and checked my windshield wipers before replacing and felt they were still good and had a few months life still in them. So I will wait a little bit but will definitely keep them in mind when I need them replaced. Pedro who I believe was the shop manager took my vehicle out to recalibrate the cars sensors and cameras and make sure everything was working properly. I can’t say enough good things about them. Matt was such a delight to deal with and both he and Pedro were professional and did a phenomenal job! I’d recommend this location to all my friends. Thank you so much for a great experience and taking great care of my vehicle!❤️

This place is a certified piece of work ‼️‼️when I state stay away I MEAN THAT . These ppl are so messy . This is one crazy story . I requested for a tiny crack to be fixed , it was in need of a new window per the repair man . I was informed someone will reach out and reschedule because they had to order me a new window . Welp 2 wks passed no call no nothing , so I called customer care and they informed me I was supposed to reach out to them . Not what the repair man stated but ok . So I rescheduled , 1x reschedule repair man called me and stated he had to cancel because where he live it was raining and it looks like it’s gonna rain on my side of town that after noon 🙄my was schedule for that morning which meant it should’ve been done by that afternoon . So now reschedule again 2nd for a Saturday , repair man was a no call no show . I called back and had a long conversation with and I was informed it would be fixed on Wednesday which is today and this man BROKE

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. They broke one of the sensors on my Tesla and the manager gave me his contact information, but phone calls for several days to follow up on a repair go unanswered. The is no functioning phone service or customer service at the corporate level. I’ll need to drive back just to see if I can speak to the manager in person. I’ll be reporting this to my local insurance agent and insurance company too. Now the cruise control (autopilot) and lights aren’t working properly or safely due to the sensor being broken when Safelite repaired my windshield. I’ll never use this company again due to the poor resolution of damage they caused.

Their first time impression on me was poor because they had initially scheduled my appointment 5 days from the claim and even that wasn’t enough time to source the part. I also didn’t like that even though the part arrived on the 6th day, they didn’t have any appts available until the week after. I feel like they should have some extra express appts where it’s Not the customer’s fault. So in total this took 2 weeks. 2 weeks of not being able to drive my car. Besides the atrocious wait time to get an appt, the techs were very quick to do the work and I was out in less than 2 hrs. The safety features worked properly and they went a step further to put the EZ-Pass back on the new windshield.

Absolutely horrific service. Have been here three times this year for broken windshield. First time was my fault 100%. Had it replaced no issues. Second time was a defect of glass so went to get replaced. Cracked as soon as we left the place. Had to bring it back for new glass. The day of our appointment we were about five minutes away just to be called and told the new windshield was broken AGAIN. we left the car there and had to reschedule for Monday. No updates whatsoever about when car will be done and called so many times with NO ANSWER. Absolutely awful location and AWFUL customer service. Please go elsewhere to avoid a headache as they don’t give any thought about their customers.

I had my vehicle serviced at this location and none of my automated windshield features work. I thought it had some thing to do with a software update and contacted Volvo. They said the software was up to date and asked if I had the windshield replaced. I told them yes, and was told the attachment for the windshield had not been installed properly. Fast forward, as I am driving down the road, the accessory for the windshield slid to the right, nearly causing an accident. I've tried calling customer service and keep getting re-routed and hung up on. This is in no way, good business or customer service. I just want to get the problem fixed and cannot get in touch with anyone.

Avoid Safelite in Franklin at all costs! Recently had a windshield replacement. They inexplicably removed the wipers during the service and failed to reattach them properly, so when it rained the next week, the wipers scratched the entire brand new windshield. Update: after spending another day bringing the car in to fix the issue they caused (as directed by Safelite in response to my rating) the Safelite manager in Franklin refused to replace under warranty claiming no fault. I contacted my insurance and they arranged for Safelite in Framingham to fix the issue under warranty because Franklin Safelite does not stand behind their work.

They made it painless and easy with fast turn around time. Kept updating me throughout the process. Update - removing 2 stars bcoz I recently bought a brand new car n took it for a glass chip repair service. The process was painless like the one I had before but when I picked up my car after hours, it was a complete mess on the inside. The steering wheel had white handprints all over it, the floor mat had white footprint. The tech who was working on my car clearly didn't care and didn't clean up after himself and lefr white marks over the dashboard, steering wheel and floor. Just shows lack of attention and care.

These guys were purely fantastic. A water ballon shattered my windshield. Allstate hooked me up with them and couldn’t be happier. Spencer did my work- he was friendly as could be, was done quickly and did a incredible job. Thank you Spencer. Manager John was great as well. This place was efficient and nice. Every place has a bad day. Try for yourself. Don’t go by reviews only!!! Also they can’t always get to you.
