Technician did a great job with the eventual install, but scheduling and communications were a nightmare. Original scheduled day they brought the wrong windshield. Extreme inconvenience, as I had to take the morning off of work to make it happen. They had to reschedule for an entire 7 days later, so I was driving around with a cracked windshield. It rained on the rescheduled morning and I couldn’t get through to speak to anyone on the question of whether or not they could still do it. When I finally got in touch, they said it could be pushed to later in the day. I explained that I had kids to pick up and appointments to make and I was assured they could come at 2pm or shortly after. Technician didn’t arrive until 4pm. I called 5-6 times between 2pm and arrival a never got anyone on the phone. Then the technician informed me it would take an hour (I was told at booking it would take 20-30 minutes) and that I couldn’t drive for at least an hour — also wasn’t informed of that. I had to cancel appointments and rearrange my schedule to accommodate this. The whole experience was incredibly time consuming and inconvenient for such a simple vehicle repair. The actual windshield replacement was fine, but the technician broke my central rear-view mirror and did not notify me. He attempted to glue it on and it did not work; I found the mirror on the seat and my ez pass and some of the glass was left with black glue marks from his failed gluing attempt. When I called, the representative told me they would order the mirror and they set a date that they would perform the replacement. When the date came, they called and told me the part had not arrived yet and told me they would call me when it arrived. They did not call me and when I called they suggested that they deliver the mirror and that I could "just slip it on" on my own, which I refused because they should complete the work. They then told me they would get in contact with me on Wednesday, April 13th to set a time to come. They did not do so and I called them today, April 14th, and they said they would replace it tomorrow at some point in the morning. They did not even provide an exact time. Hopefully, they actually complete their work but I am not confident that they will do so. I am very disappointed with their service.

We had an appointment down the street from them, for 2 trucks, according to the Lady I spoke to we where the first appointment for the day (we specifically booked a few days out for this reason) she told us typically the tech arrives between 8-9am and will call us when enroute. When the tech called at 8:17am he proceeds to tell us he will be here between 11-1, I explained to him what I was told by the lady who I scheduled with and Greg the tech literally called me a liar. He then proceeds to tell me he only has only 1 windshield and has no work order for the second one.NegativePunctuality, Professionalism

AUTOGLASS FITTERS out of Foxboro scheduled me for two days after I called, and their technician called me 30 minutes before arrival. He was polite and professional and obviously knowledgeable and he went above and beyond because the regulator in the door had also been affected when the window broke, but he was able to put the extra effort in and he did fix it in well under an hour. These guys were incredible! I submitted a request on line before they were open for business and they called me right away for service. They set up an appointment and executed the work flawlessly. The process of replacing my windshield could not have been easier. They showed up on time, did the work very quickly. The fellow was very pleasant and professional and made sure to tell me not to go on the highway for at least 2 hours. Bryan Hughes was my installer. Sweetest guy and super patient. Something was wrong with the first windshield and they had to get a new one. Easy to set up your appointment, courteous staff remind you a day before the appointment. Day of service arrived 10.min before, tech were ready for the job, applied all available discounts and in the end surprised me with a lower than expected invoice... so far the installation and the glass look fine.
