I had a branch fall straight through my rear windshield and it was completely shattered . I had glass all on the inside of my back seat and back of the car. I could not possibly drive to a repair shop to get it fixed. I had an appointment with another Glass company. Unfortunately the earliest date they could come to replace my windshield would be four days later.I was really concerned about having to wait 4 days with weather and no vehicle to drive to work. However, I tried my luck and contacted Advanced Auto glass. They were able to get a technician out the next day! I am so glad I called….they were polite and professional on the phone. They came to my home and replaced the rear windshield the next day as promised while I was at work. They removed all the glass on the inside and outside of my car . If you want fast and reliable service I would highly suggest calling Advanced Auto Glass .

I have a Mercedes SL that required a new windshield after being struck by a rock. After reading all of the positive reviews I chose Advanced Auto Glass in Sandwich. The insurance company wanted to use a cheaper after market glass. I requested OEM Mercedes glass. The team at Advanced Auto Glass advocated for me with the insurance company and got them to authorize the significantly more expensive OEM glass. The job was done quickly and professionally. The communication was excellent throughout the entire experience. They even gave me a ride home after I dropped the car off. Extremely happy to have my windshield replaced by Advanced Auto Glass. Safelite was unfortunately contracted by my insurance company, and after much back and forth, they weren’t able to help me at all. I called Advanced and spoke to Katie who was extremely polite and helpful. I dropped my truck off on the scheduled day, and they had the job done within a couple hours. I came to pick up my truck and spoke to the owner, Greg, who was super kind. I am very happy with the workmanship and quality of work accomplished on my truck, and recommend anyone looking to get glass work done to hit these guys up! 5 stars!

UPDATE: had to use Advanced Auto Glass again due to a rock hitting and cracking windshield. Once again 5 stars! So that is 10 stars now. Absolutely the best! Excellent service and friendly as all get out! When I had a turkey crash my front windshield my insurance set me up with Safelite. Guess what? They never showed up or called on the day of appointment. Well I discovered Advanced Auto Glass in my own town and they were at my house the very next day and installed a new windshield in about 90 minutes. Superb! Cannot believe how quick and efficient they were! Literally from the time I reported my cracked windshield to the time Advanced ( Neil) showed up was just about 24 hours said and done. Very polite, friendly, knowledgeable. And best of all, he recalibrated it right in my driveway! Shout out to the 2 other techs that came by afterwards to help. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs a new windshield!! Shout out to Katie in the office for her quick response and call back once the referral was received! I was totally amazed by the entire process.

Once again I was in need of a windshield replacement. My 2019 Ford F-150 had a crack & a rock hole on it. I had used Advanced once before to replace a windshield on my 65 Mustang they did a great job. I called them on Thursday they said they could do it at my house Monday morning around 9. True to their word they showed up at 9. It took the tech about an hour to replace the windshield & another 15 minutes to recalibrate. Another excellent job. A rock flew up and shattered my windshield on Sunday so I put an inquiry on Advanced Auto Glass’s website later that night. On Monday morning they called me to schedule and on Tuesday they replaced my windshield in just 1 hour! From the moment I pulled into the garage I was greeted with a smile by two very kind technicians. They dealt with my insurance for me, all I had to do was give them my policy number. My window came out great and all of my cars tech/recalibration is perfect. I would recommend them over and over! Best experience.

Professional Glass Technicians with years of experience here, real craftsman! They did an awesome job replacing the windshield of my 2001 PT Cruiser. Their attention to detail was evident throughout the process. The office expended extra effort to search available supplier’s to locate a hard to find windshield. The Communication with my insurance company made the process painless. With 38 years of teaching Mechanics, I can recognize when the tasks are done to industry standards. Advanced Auto Glass is amazing. I could not ask for better service, care, or pricing. The owner himself came out to do a difficult camper/van job. The care and courtesy shown was worth stating, and the job is immaculate. Down to the details of making sure the van floor was clean enough to invite the dog back into it right away. They cared about me, my vehicle, my wallet and my pets. I will not be using anybody for glass but Advanced from here on out. Thank you!!
