I had the pleasure of being serviced by Pete and his assistant. They came to my house and replaced the driver side door glass. They really know what they are doing. They cleaned all the broken glass away from inside the door. They removed all other debris as well. They are personable people and they charged exactly what was quoted. Pete called a half hour before coming to alert me he was on his way. They kept working with the window until it worked perfectly. Then they cleaned the glass. I tell you this, today in a world where it seems $ is the priority it was wonderful to be serviced by people who put people first. I highly recommend them. They are professional and cost effective. Two other auto glass companies wanted much more to do the same thing.

Need any auto window glass replaced , this is the places to do it. They will save you a ton of money. If your windshield catches a rock or just cracks call you're insurance company and if they outsource the claim to a national out fit get your price but don't commit until you call Pete's in fall River. Call them even if you lived anywhere in there south coast area and run to them because they will save you huge bucks. My appointment was for 8AM and I was out by 8:45. Staff was very professional, neat, clean and handed you the keys with with a clean windshield. No paw prints, no running adhesive out the cracks. All you're stickers replaced in tact. Use them, tell your friend's and family. You'll be glad you did.

Can’t thank Stephanie and Pete enough for getting the windshield on my Volvo XC60 replaced very quickly so that I could complete a trade. Stephanie was very responsive to my phone calls and went above and beyond to fit my repair into their schedule. It was botch job of an installation from the onset, having to return to finish attaching the roof of my truck as it was hanging from the roof to then find out they failed to reattach the defroster as well. Now the window is leaking and they cant seem to return my call. So much for a "lifetime guarantee "

Pete did an amazing job installing the windshield on my Land Rover. He handled everything smoothly with my insurance, and I was impressed that he got the car back to me before the end of the day. Excellent service and professionalism - I highly recommend!
