This was one of the best positive customer experiences I've had across any service. Omar was a consummate professional who came further out of his way than usual to meet me at my office for my convenience. He was an absolute professional and gave me a thorough understanding of what he was doing, why, and how to ensure the best practices to ensure safety with my windshield moving forward. He took his training and apprenticeship very seriously and I was so struck by his commitment to doing everything right and relaying pertinent info to me. He went above and beyond. Sarah from dispatch was also a pleasure to work with and facilitated meeting my meeting with Omar outside of their normal area. I didn't;t know Aaron's was a small local business but I learned that day that they're one of the best!
