Jose is a stand up guy. One of the best interactions I have had. Could not recommend more highly. You can tell this guy has a great character and is just an honest, good guy. I was not even a paying customer - I ended up buying a car that had a windshield that Jose had replaced a few months back. Despite this, Jose honored his warranty. The issue was that the molding around the windshield wasn’t fitting properly - due to the frigid winter temps when the windshield was replaced (February). He took care of all of it and it turned out fantastic. Thank you Jose!!

I recently moved out here from Colorado, one of the parting gifts that Colorado left was a huge crack in my windshield from a hail storm that unleashed softball sized hail. After not one but two different trips to the RMV, was able to get the plates, and next step is getting it inspected, which given how difficult it was to get plates was a significant source of worry for me, especially given the situation with my window and I also had post market tinted windows that I was concerned would not pass. Luckily I found Real Auto Glass Not only were they able to fix my windshield, but they went above and beyond and also helped to take care of the inspection as well, and the relief I felt being able to get that all taken care of was like a thousand pound weight off my chest. It seems so simple, but so often out here people are just content to do the bare minimum, and these guys so the worry on my face and took care of it with such kindness and awesomeness, it's an act of customer service that I am not going to forget. These guys are my glass guys now, and if you want good, fast, friendly, and awesome service, they should be yours too.

My vans rear window got broken and i decided to get a quote with them. Even though there are mixed reviews here in Google Maps, i hoped for the best. The appontiment set up was nice and easy. They evaluated my van and offered to clean and cover the broken part until the window got replaced. Took a little over 2 hours to get the job done and they offer hot beverages and tv while you wait hehe thanks. Tech addressed a problem with my rear wiper and he even left easy path for the next repair so that was really nice. Once the job was done there was a problem which i pointed out to desk and they were able to fix it. So all in all I'm very satisfied with my own experience. Thanks Safelite and staff!
