I have worked with this business for two different cars. Since Safelite has effectively bought out the whole industry (including the claims process), trying to get high quality work and high quality glass is rather difficult. Thankfully, the process with this team from beginning to end has been perfect. Not only are they accommodating with my requests for specific brands of windshields, but are also accommodating with my sticker placements as well! For my latest work on my Audi Q5, they not only were able to obtain OEM replacement windshield due to supply chain issues, but also were able to line up my inspection sticker and parking permit within 1/16's of an inch, above and beyond my request to not slap my inspection sticker. Furthermore, they take a lot of pride in their work, and will only perform the replacement in shop to ensure the best conditions for install, and were able to do that by picking up my vehicle from my office and returning it safe and sound! I used American Plate & Glass for our downstairs bathroom mirror. They were phenomenal to work with and I can’t recommend them enough! We had been trying to get a custom mirror fabricated for our bathroom- we had contacted about 3 companies and either they came and took measurements and never got back to us, or they were unaffordable. I wish I’d call Phil sooner! This is by far the best glass place I've ever had the pleasure of going to. Allen is just awesome. Knows his craft that's for sure.. They did my Rear window first. I was just so impressed that I brought the car back to have him do my windshield too. Other people didn't want to work on my 50 year old classic car 🤔🤨 I can't say enough about American plate and Auto Glass. I would give this company 10 stars! I never write reviews but the customer service was outstanding so I felt it was necessary. They handled everything with the insurance company, completely hassle free. Our windshield needed calibrated due to the lane departure system and they arranged for the dealer to provide the service and return to their shop. All the work was completed on the timeline promised. If only all companies operated this way. One of the best in glass replacement, I cant express enough of how satisfied I am with this establishment! All of my questions were answered thoroughly as well as a perfect fitment of my windshield completed the next day of it breaking. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and welcoming. If anything were to ever be broken on my car in terms of glass this is the place I will take my business!

Al helped me with replacing a driver window on my 84 Chevy K10 and he was able to salvage the window mount. He installed the new glass, cleaned up the rusty mount, and even primed it for me. All this happened the same day! Then followed up on how the install went as I did it on my own. Amazing all around company and staff. Will always go here for any glass service. Thanks again!
