After the windshield of my 2023 VW Atlas sustained a small crack on the Mass Pike, I made the appointment at the Burlington location (and I admit, the annoying jingle "Safelite repair, Safelite replace" is how I thought to start here!). My experience from beginning to end was outstanding. I really loved the ease of scheduling on-line, and the reminders and additional instructions were well-timed and sufficient (but not too much). I also liked the options of leaving my car or waiting (I left mine). Another good practice is to under-promise and over-deliver - which you guys did! I was told they typically begin service on vehicles left for the day around noon, and that I would receive a text when mine was completed (usually by 3, they said). I got a text at 11:53 a.m. telling me they had begun to work on my car, then another at 2:01 p.m. telling me the service was complete. A coworker dropped me off around 4 and I left a very satisfied customer. One additional note: your technician (named Deven, I think) was so professional and had excellent customer service skills. Deven patiently answered all my questions and seemed to actually enjoy his job (such a rare thing these days). When I came back to pick up my vehicle he recognized me and greeted me with a big smile. He is surely a rising star within the organization! Thanks so much, Deven and Safelite! I could not imagine a better experience!

Excellent Service. Thank You John for being Fantastic, Professional, Patient and Caring about my situation, AND getting the job done and safely! I had an appointment originally @9 am in Woburn, I waited all for them to tell me they could not do , for I needed the code reset with Honda, for the recalibration. I Leave go directly to Honda , speak with their tech for them to tell me there is nothing they can do Safelite does this All the time . I called and spoke with manager in Woburn office , who did not care , asked him to speak to Honda , he still never got back to me and he was rude. I fortunately saw this Safelite up the street on my way home pulled in and John was there to Greet me with a smile and listened to what I was going through ! He got me in @12:15 Soooo Thankful. He has a Great Team and Manages his Team with Great Leadership/Skill. You can tell he cares for them . Thank You Aden for your Amazing Skill to Recalberate my Vehicle. Awesome Team Thank You . Burlington Safelite I will be recommending !! Woburn unfortunately you need a lot work to catch up to make customers feel important.

I had a windshield chip repaired at Safelite AutoGlass in Burlington, Massachusetts. While the repair was completed, it seems to have been ineffective. After driving for just half an hour, I noticed the crack beginning to spread. I’ve attached pictures showing the chip before and after the repair. From my perspective, it appears the repair only addressed about 5% of the issue—feel free to make your own judgment about the quality of the repair. Despite the repair, the crack has continued to grow. Both the technician and the manager assured me that the repair was flawless and 100% successful, emphasizing that it was the best possible job they could have done on the windshield chip. I am highly satisfied with my windshield replacement and recalibration at Safelite in Burlington. I chose this location because it has very high reviews. John, the store manager, was able to help me get the OEM windshield per my request, and I am very happy about it. The windshield was replaced and recalibrated by the technician Devin in about 1.5 hr. John was very helpful. He provided me a hard copy and email copy of my receipt and contact information. I also received a Certificate of Recalibration in the email. This Safelite location did an excellent job. I highly recommend them for their helpfulness and quality work.

Appointment was scheduled for glass replacement a week in advance. The appointment day comes and the car was dropped off first thing in the morning. They sat on it all day and did not answer the phone and then at close they just say sorry we didn't get to it. What is the point of an appointment if you aren't going to work on the car?! Now they don't have any new appointments for another week! So 2 weeks with a broken windshield and only a prayer that the next appointment will be a real one...

It was so easy to work with this company. I booked an appointment online, then changed it twice due to my schedule--so simple to just click the link and select a new time and location. They even offered a chat through text, which I used to ask a couple of questions. I reached them even when they were closed (on a Sunday). John, the manager at the Safelite in Burlington was professional and very pleasant to deal with. The work was done right and ahead of schedule. Safelite was easy to work with, from scheduling my appointment to the completion of the work. My wife recommended that I use Safelite based on her very positive experience when she needed her windshield replaced a couple of years ago, and I also highly recommend them.

SuperB folks! Went JN Phillips to reattach rear view mirror, which had fallen off due to extreme cold weather. Super experience from arrival to the tech who worked on my car. Tech were very polite and quick to clean both mating surfaces and reattached the rear view mirror. Total time spent at the shop was less than 10 minuets. Cost; complimentary. Advice - drive safe! My feelings - what good a neighbor!

The staff was very friendly and right on time with their estimate to replace the windshield. When I accidentally parked my car in the neighbors lot, they said it wasn’t a problem and moved the car for me. The waiting area was small, but it had coffee, water, a rolling desk, outlets, and guest WiFi, so I was able to set myself up to do work on my work laptop while waiting. I would highly recommend this shop!

I got my windshield replaced here a couple days ago. The techs were helpful and I didn't have to wait long! Everyone was super friendly and my windshield looks amazing and the new wipers work slick as hell. Cannot thank this place enough for fixing my mistake. Also the prices weren't outrageous. I paid 480 for the windshield and 2 new wipers. Next time I'll have to make sure my insurance covers windshields.
