I was angry, overwhelmed, and in a really dark place in my life. I didn’t show up as my best self, and I know my attitude reflected that. But from the moment I walked in, every single technician treated me with dignity, respect, and genuine kindness. They didn’t just fix my windshield, they reminded me I was still a human being worthy of compassion. Their patience and professionalism broke through my walls, and I actually broke down in tears because I had no idea how much I needed to be seen heard and hugged. I am a disabled veteran, I felt lost alone and hopeless. You can’t put a price on what they gave me that day. This review doesn’t even come close to expressing the depth of my gratitude. Each of those team member technicians deserves more than 5 stars, they deserve recognition for going above and beyond not just in service, but in humanity. Thank you, Safelite.
