New World Auto Glass Co.

All I had to do was call New World Auto Glass (I was referred by a log-time friend), take the car keys out of my pocket and sign my name. They took care of everything else- called my insurance agent and did all the paperwork. There wasn't the slightest scratch on my car, and he even vacuumed the carpet when he was done. It rained for two days after the new windshield was installed and no leaks. He even reinstalled my MassPass transponder exactly where it was on the old windshield. My car was 10 years old with it's original windshield full of pits, so I was delighted to get a new one paid by my insurance company and equally glad I called New World Auto Glass to do the job. Had my windshield replaced today with New World Auto Glass in the parking lot where I live. Jerry does exceptional work and takes great care in doing it!! We had another windshield replaced on another car, and the same quality work was done, it’s always exceptional!! Jerry’s a great guy and works very hard to please his customers and makes sure the repair is as convenient as possible for them. Had to have another windshield replaced today and Jerry kept to his time frame. His work is outstanding and completed in a very timely time frame. Excellent service. Jerry took care of the insurance first by having a representative from my insurance company on the phone with us so that we could work out the details of the claim together and then came to my house when he said he would and replaced the cracked windshield with a new one. Easy-peasy. I would recommend New World Auto Glass Co. to anyone whose windshield is splitting since, as we all know, those patterns only grow with time. Thank you, Jerry!

This is the type of company to do business with! My son at B.S.U needed a windshield. We called, got a very fair price, super easy to work with, they came on campus and did what they promised when they promised and let us know it was done. Couldn't have been more convenient. If you look at the one negative review - the guy has only 2 posts and it's a one-star on 2 different auto glass businesses.

Left my car unlocked for him, he came by while I was at work and placed the new windshield in. It was oem and even had the blue tint on the top that mine originally didn't have. He was very friendly to talk to and wanted to make sure I was pleased with the result. I must say, he does great work and I highly recommend this Co. to do your glass too.

A pleasure to do business with. A quick installation that was finished minutes b4 it started snowing. And he didn't leave a speck of trash behind. Also very helpful with my insurance questions. We'll definitely do business with New World agian, just hope we don't need you anytime soon, lol.

Came out and replaced my broken windshield the day after I called during a pandemic. Also took care of the insurance. Window and seal look good, fixed some rust issues (older car). Definitely better quality and care than the national window guys.PositivePunctuality, Quality
