Auto Glass Now

My car was vandalized earlier this week including a shattered windshield! We were going away on Friday and I needed my car ready to go by Thursday evening! My insurance company normally uses Safelite but with all the rain we’ve been having, I couldn’t get an appointment anywhere! I asked my insurance company for other glass companies they work with and they suggested New Glass Now! I worked with Melinda at the Freeport St site in Dorchester. She was amazing and my savior. She ordered my windshield and had it within 24 hours. I dropped my car off the night before and Darren, the glass tech, assured me that he’d get going on it first thing in the morning. By 9:30, Darren called stating my car was ready! He let me know what he had done and asked if I had any questions. When I picked up my car, Melinda gave me all the instructions I needed and I was so delighted with the work that was done! I am so happy that I used New Glass Now instead of Safelite! The work was done on my schedule, (36 hours from my 1st phone call!) done well by very capable staff! THANK YOU NEW GLASS NOW!!!

worse experience, car left without calibrating camera. Manager told me to sign a waiver form saying that they were taking calibration off work order in reality rushed me thru signing paperwork stating they weren’t liable for calibration, when suv went in perfectly normal before having windshield replace. All they say is go to dealership and don’t over to cover any expenses either, for their own wrong doing. DO NOT DO business with this company

2 starts for the fast service however…it was not a “good fast”. Employees arguing in the office and garage. My car was left trashed with debris, shaved off old glue, dirt all over my front seats and dashboard. My rearview mirror was not reattached properly and had to be fixed by another mechanic. Would not go back here.

A great experience! I replaced my windshield with them and they were able to provide one stop service including calibration. They just open the location recently so there’s not much of a waiting room. Other than that the manager was really reachable and I will be using their service again if needed.

Outrageous. Failed to glue windshield correctly twice. Then did not respond to requests to repair and took over 2 weeks of rain entering car before they responded to my requests.

Polite, efficient and successful install of my windshield. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, they didn’t have new wipers I requested.
