Aaron's AutoGlass (Ace Auto Glass)

I’m very pleased with this company! Jill contacted me right after my dealer contacted them about my cracked windshield. We coordinated a day and time for them to come to my dealership and do the repair. They also put back everything I had on my windshield (easy pass and inspection sticker) in exactly the same places! Jill contacted me after the job was finished to make sure I was happy with it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a windshield replacement.

Had a great experience with Aaron's Auto Glass. The initial scheduling with Nicole was easy. When I told her I hadn't completed an on-line claim yet, she started asking me questions and next thing I knew, the claim was completed and submitted by her. She followed with an update the next day to advise me that the windshield replacement had been ordered and it's expected arrival. Wayne showed up at my home to do the replacement itself. He was professional, friendly and meticulous (I keep my car very clean). I stayed and watched Wayne work through the process and he talked me through every step to let me know what he was doing and why. I was very curious as to all the steps required to replace a windshield, especially with the calibration of the telematics and he didn't mind me watching everything he did. My car was just as clean when Wayne left as it was before he started. You could tell he cared about doing a great job. Lastly, I received a check-in call from Jill asking me about how the replacement went. I told her that I was very happy with my experience with Aaron's Auto Glass and that I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I recently had my windshield replaced at Aaron's Autoglass and I'm thoroughly impressed! The service was top-notch, and the technician, Omar, was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He made sure to check with me regarding the stickers and other details which I wanted to be transferred to my new windshield and rechecked later to make sure i was satisfied with the work done. Nicole at the front office was also good coordinating with my insurance and getting me an OEM replacement as I wanted. The windshield replacement was completed in under 2hrs and it comes with a lifetime warranty on the work. The shop was clean, organized, and had a waiting area with few chairs. I highly recommend Aaron's autoglass to anyone in need of windshield repair or replacement. They truly exceeded my expectations!

In two week I’ve had to replace two front windshield in two seperate vehicles, that’s the stuff you deal with living in MASS!!!! Both times Omar came to the rescue. First off he was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done after the glass replacement by recalibrating everything back as factory so my lane assist and heads up display works properly. But both times upon arriving he contact me to let me know he was on his way and also earlier than expected, which was awesome. My car a keys was in my driveway Omar came and did each replacements while I was in the office still working. A+ service for sure!!!! Will definitely be using Aaron’s Auto glass for all glass related issues!

HIGHLY recommend!!!! They are a great small business and do an excellent job. They were personable and professional and explained the process. It is so refreshing to speak with someone and not wait on hold- they got the claim processed and kept me updated and I had an appointment within a day. They were recommended so I gave them a shot and it was night and day from a previous experience I had with a competitor where I waited 2 weeks for an appointment and all day for the work to be done. I was very glad I tried Aaron’s instead, this time. Dotty was super helpful in making sure the experience was painless from beginning to end- 5+ stars.

You know the rare feeling when you finally find a company that you can trust? Sometimes that's a plumber or car mechanic. In this case for me it's Aaron's. I've now used them twice for different vehicles with different issues. Nicole was unbelievably good in going to bat with the insurance company. She kept me in the loop and got the best-possible result for me. Wow. When I went in, the process was quick. Sarah also went out of her way to be helpful with my particular situation. These people are on my extremely short list of most-trusted specialists.

I have been using Aaron’s (formerly Ace) for about 20 years. Unfortunately in Massachusetts that means I have had a lot of windshields replaced on multiple vehicles. The good news is that Aaron’s is amazing. Wayne has done my most recent windshields - it’s a pleasure to work with someone who takes great pride in doing a perfect job and keeping everything neat and clean. Plus he’s a nice guy on top of it. For my most recent replacement they even handled reporting the claim to my insurer and getting approval for the OEM (vehicle manufacturer) glass.

I have had Wayne replace 2 windshields in the past year. Driving up and down 495 in the construction is not a great idea but I have to make the $. Thankfully I have good insurance. Wayne is a pro. He doesn't cut corners and he is quick. Probably the years of experience is why he is so good. Clean and nice and he even put the inspection sticker back better than the guy who did it originally. Not that I want to Crack another windshield but if I do I am going to call and ask for Wayne.

I can’t say enough good things about Aaron’s Auto Glass. They’ve helped me replace my windshield in the past and recently the back window of my car. The process was very smooth and everything was explained to me in advance. The girls there are awesome, Nicole was very professional and helpful giving me all the answers to my questions and Sarah is one of the best managers , always very pleasant and goes above and beyond to help you. I highly recommend this place.

From the first moment I spoke to Jill who handles all the scheduling/insurance and probably a lot more, to the last moment when she called to tell me that my new windshield was in, my experience with Aaron’s AutoGlass was as good as it gets. They are efficient, careful, speedy and thorough -they recalibrated settings, road tested the final installation - and just really nice people. You will be very happy that you chose them. I was.
