I had such a welcoming and a professional experience with Safelite Autoglass in Acton. The technician was willing to assist in removing my roof rack prior to start of my work order which made the initial encounter great. The front desk assistant was also well informed and answered all inquiries of all the process. I had my windshield replaced and am trying to find out or talk to someone about the warranty. I called and the AI bot is set up with specific voice commands which dont fit my needs. Finally got it to put my in queue to speak with someone and then it said there was no one to talk to and hung up. Then I went online and it say it doesnt recognize my phone number and to call the number I just did. Then off the website tried texting same thing. I called it a stupid bot and wallah it put me in touch with customer service.

Hi is there a phone that gets answered ever? I've been trying to call for 2 weeks to speak to a tech about a custom rear glass for a '93 Porsche 968. The phone just rings, I listen to a recording, then it hangs up. Even an email address would be helpful. Please help! REPLY EDIT: That doesn't make sense because we can't contact a local branch via the website. We have a question to ask the local branch about custom glass being made, and not even the corporate office's call center can reach you guys via phone.

I had a 4 PM warranty appointment to redo a windshield installation that my VW dealer confirmed had not been done correctly. The technician looked at it and said it was the way it was supposed to be, walked into his shop, locked the door and left. I used to think highly of Safelite when I lived on the west coast. Out here, do not go to Safelite. I have yet to find a decent, even half - intelligent person there.

I had a positive experience with this Branch, they replaced my windshield a week ago and the results are perfect. They had the fastest appointment among all the other branches and windshield companies. The price was the best and the most competitive because I inquired everywhere. Used this business to have my windshield replaced twice in less than a year. (Because of road debris and thermal cracking) Easy online appointment making. They called to confirm the date & time. Clean waiting area. No outlets that I could find to plug in a charger/phone/laptop. Complimentary water, coffee, and some snacks. Was in and out quickly and the staff was friendly and professional.

I had this shop replaced my windshield and next day i notes the crack on new glass. I returned back to shop, and they sad that crack on windshield coming from impact and they not going to replace it under the warranty and I'm going to have to pay for it and they offered discounted price on new one for $160. I guess that's the way do business.

Neka (Safelite Acton MA store manager) was amazing! Aftermarket windshield for my BMW arrived cloudy and distorted; Neka arranged to get OEM glass at no-charge to me. Their Master Technician, Scott, did a great job; clean install, toll transponder and inspection sticker reapplied. Highly recommended!
