Perfect Auto Glass

THIS GUY IS UNETHICAL, AND HE IS A LIAR. RUN!! . . . This guy appears to charge customers for OEM (manufacturer) parts, while actually installing after-market (non-manufacturer) parts. When I attempted to get clarification on work he performed, he emphasized (and repeated) that he got my part from the dealership (and he, of course, charged me as such). When I asked him which dealership he purchased the part, he hung up on me. Unbelievable!! When I called the two local dealerships in my area, both explained that they had not recently sold this part to anyone in the area (for my car year/make/model). The gentleman at the dealership also explained that this particular dealership part has the manufacturer's name in the lower right corner. That noted, the "rat" at IMPERFECT Auto Glass lied. He could not have gotten this part from the dealership because the part does not have the manufacturer's name on it. When I questioned the guy at IMPERFECT Auto Glass, he told me I was asking too many questions. Then, he immediately hung up on me. Really? Why hang up if you are doing legitimate business? And, too many questions? I am a customer who asked a single question: What dealership did you get the part? IMPERFECT Auto Glass is a shady company that cannot be trusted. The guy I spoke with is unethical and a liar. DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY YOUR MONEY. If you are seeking a professional company where you pay for what you get, then take your business elsewhere. This guy is the rat that wants to take your cheese!!

I and my family members traveled to Silver Springs Maryland to have Thanksgiving with family. We booked a 2 night stay at the Hilton Garden hotel. We arrived Thanksgiving Eve only to discover our car which was parked in the hotel parking lot . Was vandalized and burglarized...a Suitcase and gifts were stolen...with a driver side window completely demolished along with 9 other vehicles...somehow I made it to see family a few miles from the hotel..next day we need to check out, but needed to get the window repaired..I asked Google for nearest 24 hour auto window repair. I got several options and started making calls...by the third one I called Perfect Auto Glass. Daniel arrived in the time he said he would...He and his partner worked fast and efficiently. They were so concerned about our situation. Thank you Daniel from my family to yours...

Daniel replaced my windshield a year or so ago. He was prompt, professional and the work was reasonably priced. Recently, I had a leak and thought it might stem from a poor seal on the windshield. Daniel came out the day after I called to check his work and found the leak came not from my windshield but from my car's moonroof. He then cleaned the moonroof drain (who knew there was such a thing) and showed us how to keep the area clean so we do not have the same problem. And, he did not charge us for this follow up visit even though it did not stem from his original, and excellent work. Like many folks in the DMV area, I found myself stricken with car vandalism in broad daylight. The assailant didn't take anything but my driver's window was gone. I was at wit's end trying to find reasonable glass repair. Perfect Auto Glass was very responsive with a quick turnaround time. I service that we received was quick and professional. I’m delighted. This man doesn't just repair windows, he's there to help repair your life when unexpected tragedy befalls you. My window was stuck and I needed to go to court the next day. Although he was fully booked for the day, he made it a point to help me. He also saved me from the expected rain the following day. We should all support this business. My car windows were smashed last Wednesday and was recommended by a friend. We talked on the phone and gave me a quote. Despite of the short notice, he was able to squeeze me in with his busy schedule the following day. He came to my place and fixed the windows despite of the heat! He's professional, quick, and attentive. Now my car looks brand new again like nothing happened. LOSER! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ---- BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased an OEM windshield for my foreign car and noticed, after the work was done, it did not have the car manufacturer name on the lower left side, but a foreign company with some numbers. I called this guy to inquire about the windshield and where he purchased it --- and he claimed I was asking too many questions and HUNG UP ON ME!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HIM....Learn from my mistake and go somewhere else IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!

If I can leave no reviews I would, but in order to get my message across I have to post this. These guy's wasted my time, I waited almost 4 and 1/2 hours for them. They even called and said they were on the way ... then they called and cancelled out of nowhere. You got to be kidding me! So much for there service very unprofessional. I even call three days head to make apppappoint for them to come and take out my windshield... Don't trust this company they'll waste your time.

My car window was smashed today. I called Perfect Auto Glass and spoke with Daniel. He was booked for the day, but when I explained that I would work in the morning, he promised to find someone to stop by before 7 p.m. He called around 6 p.m. to let me know he was 17 minutes away. He was outside 17 minutes later. He fixed my car in less than 15 minutes. Most importantly, he vacuumed the broken glass. Daniel was professional and amazing. Thank you!
