Earlier this year, I reached out to Joe Stonell at DAG for new tires for my daily driver. The availability of scheduling was easy! While it was in for service, I inquired about having my driver’s side window fixed since it stopped working. They found out that the window motor had burnt up and ordered a new one for next day delivery. The prices were very fair and the service work was done exceptionally well! From the initial contact, out the door, the experience was absolutely top notch!!! But they don’t just do automotive and residential glass work!!! They have also done window screen replacements for the windows on our home. I simply dropped off the screens and there was a 48-72 hour turnaround! You can’t ask for any better customer service than that! What I appreciate most is that Joe, Josh, and the rest of the staff there take customer service seriously and communicate well with the customer throughout the entire transaction! It’s refreshing to have an AWESOME experience with a LOCAL business and I will continue to use DAG for all of my automotive and residential glass (and other!) needs for years to come! I want to give a huge shout out to Delmarva Auto Glass and their mobile unit. For those that don’t know me, I am very particular about my vehicles. My vehicles are always clean, dent free, scratch free, and always have the recommended services completed and on time. When I trade in a vehicle, Preston knows that my vehicle is coming in pristine condition. I am more than positive most of you know the Stonnell family and if you don’t you should take an opportunity to meet them as well as their incredible employees at Delmarva Auto Glass in Salisbury Maryland. I contacted Joe because a rock hit my window while cutting my grass. Joe immediately worked out the details for my replacement windshield, including taking care of my sun-band before the windshield was even brought to me (we will get to that in a moment). Joe worked out all the details with my insurance company, so I did not have to do anything at all. Joe’s team came from Maryland to Delaware to my work and repaired my windshield, as Joe knew I would not have time to come to the shop. Delmarva Auto Glass always goes above and beyond for my family and me. They demonstrate respectfulness, promptness, and to be honest, the represent what a local business owner should look like. Highly recommended for all of your automotive and glass needs. We took my wife's car in for a window replacement, and when I walked into the showroom I had no idea that these guys do so much more than just auto glass. Wheels, tires, suspension, alignments, even bathroom/shower glass are just some of the available services at DAG. For our first experience with them, we were told the vehicle would be done around the end of day. Well, they had it done in less than 2 hours. For our second experience it was the same deal. These guys under promise and over deliver every time, and deliver the highest quality work. Their service writers are honest, quick, and professional. Clearly their techs do great work. I can't recommend DAG enough. For someone who has been in the repair/service business for 15 years, these guys impress the heck out of me with their customer service, quality, and expertise. 10/10.

There is no better customer service around! From asking questions to walking out with a job completed, the service is top notch. Flexible schedule with a sense of urgency to get you in and out in the most timely manner you didn’t ask for but appreciate. The team work is like no other. I needed new tires, brakes, oil change and a chip in my windshield fixed. DAG is an amazing company! Joe Stonnell is hands down the absolute best in the land of customer service! I reached out to Joe on a Monday late afternoon about my windshield cowl needing to be replaced. Not only did he answer me right away, he had me scheduled for the very next morning at an unbeatable price!! The job was completed quicker than he had expected and I was on the road in no time! Recently got two of our cars tinted and will be doing our daughters car this month as well. As soon as my son gets his vehicle, we will be going through Delmarva Auto Glass to get his done too. We contacted Joe and he answered me through facebook messenging after hours and helped me with scheduling and rescheduling. He was there first thing in the AM when we dropped the cars off and the tint was done quickly and it looked amazing.
