I can confidently say that their service was exceptional from start to finish. One of the main factors that appealed to me about this company was their unbeatable price. I had done my research and compared several different windshield replacement services in Baltimore, but none of them could match the price offered by this particular company. Not only was their quote incredibly reasonable, but they also did not compromise on quality. Moreover, I was impressed by how quickly they were able to install the windshield. Unbeknownst to me something had hit my windshield and created a crack that just kept on spreading. As I received one quote to get my windshield replaced, I figured let me keep looking around before I decide what to do next. I came across Kineged and the reviews were pretty good so I sent a text to receive a quote. My text was quickly responded to with a breakdown of costs depending on the part I would need based on my vehicle. At the same time I record a third quote from another establishment but it turned out to be more than what I was quoted by Kineged. I replied to Kineged asked when was the soonest I could bring my Jeep in and I was told that very afternoon or the next day in the morning. I was surprised how soon I would be able to get my windshield replaced so without hesitation I told them that I would be there same day after I got off work. Then the job took no time which was a plus. Such a great experience with Kineged from beginning to end and should I need my windshield repaired or replaced (which I hope not) then I will be sure to contact them again!

I highly recommend! I am a client that experienced an outstanding experience of honesty and customer service. I had windshield replaced, and a miscommunication that the windshield I was charged for was not HUD and did not have all the bells and whistles. It came out to be for me a cheaper install price, I was unaware of the mistake. I came back next day when I realized my HUD was not displaying properly and Kineged glass noticed the mistake, and right away with a smile ordered the correct glass and scheduled me in to install the correct windshield. I offered to pay the difference in price of the more expensive glass I needed vs the the cheaper version I payed for, and he rejected my offer and said he will take the hit because of the inconvenience I experienced. This is customer service at its best. I paid much lower than it would have cost me. Both installs were very smooth and well done. Mistakes can happen and how we go about correcting it speaks volumes of the level of service and character of a person. Thank you Kineged!

6/2023 I contacted Kineged earlier today as I needed my windshield replaced due to a large crack and they were located close by. The owner initially told me that they would pick up the glass and come out the next morning. However, I got a call later on this afternoon stating that the glass was already picked up and they could take care of it TODAY (same day). So, Eli and Matt came out and took care of everything promptly and they were friendly and courteous. The new windshield looks great and the price was very reasonable. I truly appreciate their efforts and excellent service. I would definitely use Kineged again and recommend them to others!!! ***Update 3/28/24 I had a new crack in my windshield and replaced it a second time through Kineged. They were able to get me taken care of the very next day, it didn't take long at all and the cost was very reasonable. I am definitely pleased and will certainly use Kineged again in the future!!

These guys are legitimately pros. Everything from the moment I dialed their number to the moment I whipped out my phone to write this review — was a smooth oiled machine. Amazing customer service, it’s evident that they want the job done right and not just the job done. I’ve always been a go to the dealership kinda person but after the professionalism and knowledge I got from Kineged, I now know that if I take the time and find the right people, I don’t have to pay those insane dealership prices and I still get the amazing service I expect, if not better.

Made an appointment the day before, received help locating where to park as I didn’t know the area, received a quote during my phone call and paid that exact amount! Staff was very friendly and my favorite part is they originally told me it would take about an hour and a half to do the job but I was in and out in less than 45 minutes! I definitely recommend. The price was reasonable as well. Hopefully I don’t have to replace another windshield, but that said, I’d come back if I did. Thanks so much for the help!

I had a great experience with Kineged. I tried a few other "name brand" glass repair stores and none of them had appointments available the same week. My window was shattered and I needed it fixed asap. A friend suggested I called Kineged and he was able to take care of it within 48 hours. Great customer service in scheduling and Matt (the technician who installed the window) was efficient and courteous. I hope I never need them again but if I do - I'll be happy to be a returning customer.
