Chris and his team are incredible! I was extremely impressed with the service they provided, the genuine customer care, and the low-cost of the job. My window was smashed when someone broke into my Jeep wrangler in the city. I was really upset about the whole ordeal and anxious about figuring out how to fix it. I called around to a handful of places, both big companies and small local ones, asking for quotes and timelines. From my first phone call to Chris, he was able to put my mind at ease. Out of all the calls I made, he had the quickest timeline, the best price, and he took the time on the phone with me to assure me and support me through my stress from the situation. In just 2 days, Chris was able to order the exact factory-made window for my Jeep, and install it professionally in my own driveway. His team did an excellent job cleaning up the glass, as well. He also recommended a great local car detailer, as he suggested a good shampooing of my fabric seats to ensure best safety moving forward. My 2003 jeep liberty had a large ice covered tree branch fall onto my windshield there was such major damage I had no choice but to replace the whole windshield! There are so many GREAT things I can say about this business! Chris one of the owners is fantastic. Not only did he seem empathic to my problem he also went beyond making an effort to repair my windshield in a timely manor with very little hassle to me. This business offers a verity of ways to repair your auto window needs in my case I dropped off my vehicle Chris drove me to work after 2 hours Chris brought my vehicle to me at work. I went out to inspect the work and could not be more pleased. Not only was my windshield repaired with a brand new one but in my opinion look's better then the old one! Before leaving Chris double checked the windshield and made sure he left no stone unturned which I appreciated. If and when needed I will be a returning customer and would be more then happy to recommend W&W Auto Glass to any person in need of there service! Great local service provider! After reaching out to a national auto glass company that was quick to quote a ridiculous price for a nick in my windshield and charge extra to come to my place, I decided to look for a local option. I contacted W&W Auto Glass Services and was pleasantly surprised to speak directly with the technician who would be coming to my home - at no charge - to repair my windshield for a fraction of the price I was quoted by the other company. Chris discussed the repair in detail with me on the phone. He then asked for my cell phone number so he could reach me by phone or text if he was delayed. Finally, we were offered a military discount because my husband is a veteran. On the day of service, I received a text letting me know that my service team was on their way. They were friendly, and they fixed my windshield right in my driveway. They did a superb job. The star break is barely visible under the repair. I highly recommend Chris and his team at W&W, and I'll call him again if I need a windshield repaired.

I called W&W and they had a better price than what the other guys I checked with had. I booked an appointment and they showed up on time and were very friendly. It turns out, my car had had the windshield replaced previously and whoever did it, did not do a very good job. There was a lot of clean up that had to be done. No complaining from W&W, they just took care of it. Unfortunately, probably because of the poorly done previous job, my new windshield cracked within a day of replacement. I was nervous. I just paid almost $300 for a new one. How would W&W react? These guys are top notch. You can completely trust them. They didn't complain or ask a million questions. They said, "we stand behind our work", scheduled a new appointment and replaced it again at no charge. Can't say enough good stuff about this team. I wish all vendors took this much pride in their work.

Amazing service from start to finish! Chris was friendly, professional, and very pleasant to work with. I had my windshield smashed from a piece of ice flying off a car in front of me and needed it replaced fairly quickly. Chris and I were able to FaceTime so he could know exactly which windshield to order for my vehicle. He explained everything I needed to know about the process and we set an appointment for a few days later. They came to my house, free of charge, and were able to knock out the job in about an hour and a half. Super convenient. They even popped my new windshield wipers on for me. Wizards & Waterfowl were an absolute pleasure to work with! They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and put in extra effort to ensure coordination with my insurance company. I felt that they were fighting for my best interests through the whole process. W&W kept me informed throughout the whole windshield replacement process. They were very professional and knew exactly how to work with my JDM vehicle. What I appreciated most was their patience in ensuring everything came off and back on, without any damage to the vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially those with exotic vehicles. Their dedication to ensuring no damage is done to the vehicle, and that the installation is practically better than OEM, gave me full confidence in their abilities. You want great service...Wizards and Waterfoul is your company! My husband needed his windshield replaced and from the moment we reached out, Chris was personable, knowledgeable, and super communicative/responsive! He got everything squared away for my husband. When replacing the windshield - they cleaned up, took special care to not damage the car, and were efficient. These days, it seems almost impossible to find quality service. Most seem to want to cut corners, they don't care about your things, just out to do a job fast, and for the most money. (Oh the stories I can tell about 3 windshields, 1 car in less than 1 month with Safelite, poor customer service, and damage to the car!). You wont find that with Wizards and Waterfoul (also, their name is awesome!). You need autoglass services, they're your people!

I cannot say enough, good things about my experience with Chris, the owner and W and W Glass. I was back in town visiting friends when my vehicle was broken into and vandalized passenger side door window, broken out. Called my insurance company and the company that they use couldn’t get me in For a week. I called Chris and told him the situation I was in and he went completely out of his way to get me a price competitive with the quote my insurance gave me and got me on his schedule. To avoid all the thunderstorms that were on their way, if you need your auto glass replaced, trust me you won’t regret giving this company your business. Thanks again to Chris. He was a lifesaver.

I had a side view mirror replaced and Wizards and Waterfowl provided great service. They showed up early for their scheduled time. They were incredibly friendly. They were very clean and left no debris after having to break the original mirror free. They were also the best price i found. I also called them on another occasion for an estimate on a windshield and they were the lowest price for that as well. I never had the wind shield replace because i sold the car but if I did it would have been through them. I will absolutely use this company again and I highly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone within their service area. I give them 6 out of 5 stars.

I had a horrible experience at Tate auto service center in Glen Burnie trying to get a water leak fixed. I was charged $325 for a sloppy rear window job which still leaked water after the work was done. I made a call to this company off a Google search for water leak repair. I explained my problem believing it was the sunroof and not the back window as Tate was telling me. The gentleman was very knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful getting me scheduled. Two guys came out to my home, discovered the problem right away, and corrected the water leak. Very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. 5 stars! Thank you for a professional job! Brian
