Ray and his colleague were both very polite and professional. They showed up on time and helped walk me through the insurance claim part. Did excellent and quick work replacing my windshield in just under 30 min in my driveway just one day after calling. Would highly recommend !!

Called them on a Monday and they said they could schedule an appointment for Tuesday between 12 and 1 the person I talked to said the tech would call 15 min before getting to my house , Took off work early to meet him or her , Never got that call , figured they were running a little late so I waited till 3 pm before calling them to find out where the tech was , Then was told they have no record of my service call . If you need auto glass I would not use Auto Glass Experts , there not dependable at all .

Someone smashed our rear windshields on both of our cars. Called these guys and they came out that very day and replaced both windshields with new ones. They also vacuumed out the broken glass from both cars. It cost me about $240 per car. That includes parts and labor! Would highly recommend it.

Didn't start out good. Got here with the wrong windshield, but came back with the right one about an hour later. Very professional installation. Very courteous young man. Overall he did a great job. Very pleased. Would have given him 5 stars if he started with the right windshield.

Replaced my cracked windshield quickly and cheaply. They misquoted me over the phone but ended up honoring the price in the end without even letting me know it was $50 less than I should have paid. Excellent customer service. Polite, all business, easy to schedule with.

Was in a pinch to get my windshield replaced, Ray came out within a few hours and got the replacement in within 30 minutes with no issues at all. Easy to work through insurance with as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for windshield replacement or repair.
