My car needed a windshield replaced and after calling around I stumbled upon Auto Glass Experts who went on to fit me in their busy schedule and told me that they were able to replace it today 06.13.17 evening, as I requested. They gave me some latitude and when they got to my house they set to work and before long, the car had a spanking new windshield. They are indeed skillful and deserve every bit we pay as customers. I recommend them to anyone weighing their options now to consider them, after all, they are easy going and as I mentioned quite adept professionals. The pricing of their work is incredible, after all you get all your money's worth. Kudos guys. Keep up the good work. I may have been too quick to rave about them. When however, I was having some issues much later on with their installation, the operator booked an appointment and they never showed up. They, in addition to that did not give me a receipt. The only proof gladly that they did some work for me was the initial review I gave them. I am convinced, they are a business who move with swiftness when there is potential for money for them. However, once work has been done and the money collected, they would not care much about the customer. Fortunately, we can always go back and edit our reviews. Given my circumstances, I would advise that you definitely see that they would return if need be, however, do not be fooled by their fake genuity, they might be trying to hoodwink you.

Had a great quick consultation over the phone with Reza and had a small rock chip repaired on the same day in my driveway. He asked appropriate screening questions to make sure it was repairable and laid out the expectations prior. He also explained why my husband’s vehicle rock chips are not worth repairing. He did a great job and out of pocket cost was reasonable considering the cost of an entire windshield replacement. I had a disappointing experience with this company when replacing my windshield glass. The initial repair was subpar, and despite multiple attempts to contact them regarding the status of the repair, I received no response. The lack of communication and poor quality of service were extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I was able to book an appointment on the same day I inquired about their services. The technician traveled to my house and was able to fix my passenger side window that was busted in - in less than 30 minutes. Furthermore, his customer service was superior. Not even a month later and the windshield is cracked again with Auto Glass brushing me off with a nonchalant attitude....safe yourself some time and money and go with a reputable company that will warranty their work! I should've known when he ruined a strip installing my windshield then asked for me to pay for the replacement......don't waste your time!

Reza is hands down THE MAN. Extremely professional, prompt, accurate, confident, and all around decent human who went out of his way to help explain and assist with getting me what I needed to quickly turn around to send my paid invoice to Statefarm so I could be reimbursed.
