My experience was great. I scheduled through my insurance(Geico), and the process was quite simple. I selected my date for the repair, received a call from the office after to make sure I was good with it. they called me the day before to remind me in addition to reminder texts. the tech Hector, called me 25 minutes before he arrived, and then arrived as promised within the timeframe allotted. He was very personable, and talked me through the whole process. I like to ask a lot of questions, but never did Hector make me feel like I was a bother. took about 30 minutes to complete the crack repair. I was extremely impressed. I will use them again when/if the time calls.
