Quick to reply, friendly service, and a job well done. A small crack in my windshield grew after it snowed. I reached out to Elite Auto Glass through their website about a quote and received a response about 3 hours later, even though it was past normal business hours. It was a reasonable quote, being more than a $100 below my insurance deductible and far better pricing than some other windshield repairs in the area. On the day of the scheduled appointment, they reached out more than an hour before the appointment and let me know that the windshield didn't arrive overnight like they were expected and rescheduled the appointment with me. It was plenty of time before my appointment so that it wasn't an inconvenience to me at all. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, they were friendly and conversational, and explained how the windshield would be replaced and even welcomed me to go back to the service area and ask any questions I had. While I was waiting, I was able to sit in their comfy lobby area and work on my computer, but they also had a TV. The replaced windshield looked great and it was super clear. They even moved my DriveEZMD Toll scan thing to the new windshield. If I ever need to replace my windshield again, I would definitely go back here.

I found these guys through the Google search and I am so glad that I came across them. They were super easy to work with, super punctual, great workmanship for a very reasonable and affordable price. I needed to get the windshield replaced on out Nissan Rogue. I reached out to a few other stores near my area, but they all were expensive and some were suggesting cheaper Chinese branded glass. I am pretty sure those Chinese branded windshield are good for the intended purposes, but, since we are planning on keeping the SUV for a while, I wanted something more reputable. I reached out to Elite Auto Glass and asked them for the OEM AGC windshield. They recommended Pilkington instead stating that they are equally good as AGC, if not better, for a more reasonable price. I took their word for it, and they came by my place and made the replacement. I don't think the experience could have gone any smoother than this. These guys are amazing!! I needed to get in asap as a crack on my windshield became bigger due to the snow. I emailed them (on a Sunday when they were closed) and they responded within the hour. They were able to fit me in the next day and even offered to come to me to have it repaired. They quoted me a price much cheaper than other places, which was nice! I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early and they immediately took my car back to start working. Took them only 45 minutes to replace! The customer service was absolutely phenomenal and their work was quick and reliable. If you need any glass replaced or repaired, I would 100% recommend them!!!

I needed my windshield replaced for my car. After talking to Jeff on the phone, they scheduled a day and came out, only with the wrong windshield. Unfortunately, my car has a multitude of selections of windshields but they were very apologetic and promised to come back out with the correct one and even gave me a small discount for the inconvenience! They came out a couple days later and did a fantastic job replacing it on my car. I watched the whole process and they didn’t care one bit- they took their time and talked me through the whole process and didn’t have a problem with me watching and learning! Jeff and Greg were awesome and highly recommended!

Exemplary service! I originally contacted SafeLite Auto Glass. SafeLite’s lowest price was still more expensive than Elite’s quote and they also charge $49.00 if you want the work done in a location other than SafeLite. Elite charges one rate, whether they come to you or you take your car to them! The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and professional! If you're in the Frederick area and need glass work this is the place to go. For my car it was half the price of Safelite, and the the work was very quick and well done. They were extremely prompt replying to my inquiry for a quote, and they had time slots available asap. Every step of the process was quick and easy. If you have to wait around during the repair like I did, they do an excellent job at making you feel comfortable and welcomed. Great local/family glass replace + repair company! I called them with a last minute issue and got me scheduled asap. I was happy with the price and the employees were very friendly and professional. This was my first time using Elite Auto Glass and I picked them for two reasons: 1. Price was reasonable and fair 2. family owned and operated. They came to my home when they said they would and installed the glass professionally and also happily answered all my questions as they installed. (I know...) It was evident they love what they do and take pride in their work and it shows. I know it's just auto glass but having a great experience is the other half of the equation and they have that as well.
