Glass America - Auto Glass Repair & Windshield Replacement

I contacted Glass America for a chip repair…First, let me say that I also contacted two other glass companies. One was $50.00 more, the other was $4.00 less, however, the person I spoke to (regarding the lower quote) wanted a deposit of $20.00 via Zelle which I didn't like at all. Back to Glass America: I had a great experience with the company, scheduling the appointment was very smooth, the lady on the phone was very customer friendly and the service technician was polite, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He did a great job! If I ever have glass needs in the future, I will certainly use them again. Thank you Glass America, you delivered as promised.

Glass America was excellent! From the beginning contact with the receptionist who gave me clear instructions and scheduled an appointment and provided the cost of the new windshield. On appointment day, Mike greeted us immediately and gave us an estimated time of work completion. The price was exactly what the receptionist had quoted. Mike called and also txted that the work was completed at the time he estimated. Don’t think twice about getting work done by anybody else!

Debbie made my life easy, she was beyond helpful in handling all of my windshield replacement needs and my technician was just as wonderful in getting the job done. Highly recommend firstly because of the outstanding customer service from both the office and in the field. Thank you guys so much!!!

Glass America came out to my home and replaced the windshield on my Jeep Wrangler — and they handled the ADAS recalibration flawlessly. Fast, professional, and friendly from start to finish. My Adaptive Cruise and collision detection systems are working perfectly. Great job, highly recommend!

Everyone here was super friendly and they got my car taken care of in a matter of hours. I was even able to get a next day appointment before I drove home. Price was reasonable and the work seems to be well done!
