Auto Glass Now

I wanted tint on my front doors of my newly purchased SUV. I called them near the end of the work day and was informed that I could still bring it. The customer service was very pleasant. My tints is exactly what I wanted. I expected the cost to be a bit higher than expected but it wasn’t. I know I’ll be returning because I want additional tints. Thank you for this great experience. I recently dealt with Auto Glass Now because I needed a new windshield. Utmost and foremost is the fact that I was able to schedule with a live person, who was able to answer my questions and address my concerns ( this did not happen when I tried a few other glass companies. I am soooooo sorry that I do not recall all the names of the individuals who assisted me. They were all awesome. I dropped off my vehicle at which time I had questions regarding wiper replacement. A gentleman came out and answered my questions in detail as well as an ETA for completion of the work. Went home and received a call shortly after that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Btw, my vehicle required calibration which was the reason why the glass had to be installed at the shop. I explained to the individual that called me, that I just replaced my wipers but had difficulty getting the passenger side on, therefore; it's sitting in my vehicle on the floor. Well!! blow me over, to my surprise he offered to put the wiper on for me. We live in a world where so many businesses truly do not care about their customers but I have to say from my experience at AGN they are an exception. They care, they are professional, friendly and kind. Short window for appointments, quality work, resonable prices, goes above and beyond. I am impressed. In the future, should I require glass replacement on my vehicle I do not have to think twice about where to go. I would and will recommend anyone to this place of business. Manger was very unprofessional I had an 8:00a.m appointment I arrived at 7:45a.m after getting off work 12a.m to get my passengers side window fixed.When they open said my window was coming until 11 okay I explained to corporate about the service they offer a discount. So I waited to find out the window that was order was the wrong window and the Manger was very rude because I asked why no one came to check to make it was the right window for my SUV .The Manger said in very nasty way you have to wait until tomorrow. I said if you wasn't talking to your co worker about where Harry Potter live on the computer. I could have better customer service . I found another company that came to for the same price .Thank Anthony (Manger) for your poor customer service.

I had a crack running down the entire passenger side of my windshield. I called Auto Glass Now yesterday late morning and spoke to Anthony. He was extremely knowledgeable on all things glass related (beyond your run of the mill cracks; I mean warping, delamination, the whole 9… this guy knows his stuff). In 4 minutes he got my glass ordered and said it would be delivered by 3:00. I pulled in at 3:20 by 3:30 my windshield was getting fixed. Emerson got it done in an hour… in THIS HEAT?! Color me shocked and appreciative. On top of the excellent service and quick repair the price was extremely reasonable. Thank y’all so much!! (The only thing I could see for improvement is some a/c in the shop for the guys)

I was very impressed with the service I received today. I didn't get the technician's name, but the person who called from the office may have said Toby. Anyway, I enjoy watching a professional at work, one who knows what he is doing and has all the right equipment at hand, returns tools and discards trash as he goes... one who gets the job done quickly and efficiently, almost to a rhythm. But most of all, it's a great pleasure to see someone who clearly enjoys his work, especially when working in near 90-degree weather with high humidity, who delivers service quite literally, with a smile!

I highly recommend taking your vehicle here if you need your windshield replaced. I had the windshield replaced on my 2014 Ford flex and the service could not have been better! Anthony the manager was knowledgeable and talked me through the process of what was going to be done to my vehicle. Delahn was the tech during my visit. He worked diligently to ensure everything went smoothly. Really pleased with how it turned out. It's clear to me that Anthony, Delahn, Poncho, Matt care about what they do and take pride in their work. Thanks again guys for a quick and successful install!

Auto Glass Now did an outstanding job replacing my windshield! After we discovered our windshield was broken, they got me scheduled on the first business day they were available and even set us up for the earliest possible time. The team was incredibly efficient and professional, completing the job in just 50 minutes, even though they estimated it would take 1.5 to 2 hours. They also went above and beyond by providing a new Velcro strip for my EZ Pass. I couldn’t be happier with their prompt, high-quality service—highly recommend Auto Glass Now!

It was my daughter's car whose windshield was replaced. She said that it was done but it wasn't done on the first visit. When the tech arrived the first time, he said that the windshield had been replaced before, which we didn't know, and didn't know that it made a difference. But he wasn't able to replace it on that visit. I would think that if this makes a difference that Auto Glass Now would ask whether the windshield was original or a replacement. It sounds as though when they showed up the second time that the replacement went well.

The customer service from setting the appointment over the phone to face to face contact and bringing my car in to get the door glass to be repaired was excellent. I was informed of what the cost and the time it would take to do the repair and everything worked out as stated. Kudos to the company! I highly recommend this company!

The people I actually communicated with were very nice. In and out in practically no time. Not too happy with the repair though, it looks like it’s still showing cracks.
