Desperate for a more reasonable option, I called another nearby shop, only to discover that they didn't even have the window I needed in stock. At that moment, I stumbled upon this hidden gem through a quick Google search. Naturally, I was initially skeptical, given the perfect 5-star reviews and the fact that they had the exact window I required readily available when the other business didn't. However, all my doubts were quickly dispelled by the incredible customer experience I had here. Delante, the owner, was an absolute professional. He greeted me with a warm and friendly demeanor, and his knowledge of his craft was truly impressive. He patiently answered all of my questions and wasted no time in getting to work. Not only did he excel in installing my window, but he went above and beyond by removing all the debris from my passenger side, and meticulously vacuuming every nook and cranny to ensure my vehicle was spotless. His rates were refreshingly reasonable compared to the other two places I had explored, and the quality of his work spoke volumes. It's evident that his business name, reflecting "immaculate" results, is well-deserved. I was back on the road within an hour, a feat that I had thought to be impossible. To top it off, I decided to address a crack on my front windshield that I had been neglecting for two years. Delante handled it with integrity, and his pricing was once again exceptionally affordable. Despite the unfortunate incident of a car break-in and the loss of sentimental items, Delante's exceptional care and service were a ray of light in a challenging situation. I unfortunately experienced a small crack on my windshield after a rock hit it on the freeway. After months of delaying, I contacted Immaculate Auto Glass to inquire about the repair. Delante, the owner, answered the call and informed me that he was on another job but would contact me when he made it back to the area, and he did just that. I had to work that evening but once we setup an agreeable time he took care of the repair in ample time so that I can get to work. He also, noticed another small crack on my windshield that I had not noticed and was able to repair it without it delaying my time further. AWESOME EXPERIENCE! I searched for auto glass replacement. I visited Immaculate Auto Glass website. After a brief scroll, I decided to call. I had a brief, yet detailed conversation discussing my needs. The owner ensured that I could get serviced in about 2 hours maybe sooner. I actually had a dealership on the other line trying to navigate services with them (wait for parts, not sure exactly when they'll arrive, etc). Immaculate had my vehicle ready in no time. Very professional, straight forward process, reasonably priced actually saved me compared to dealership uncertainty and Safelite scheduling delay. My go to for any auto glass service and I recommend them to everyone reading this review.

About a week ago my passenger windows was busted and I needed them repaired . I was sent to Tae from Immaculate Auto under a referral . This young man had my windows ordered in less than 24 hours after our initial conversation. And placed into my car 48 hours after and also took care of the glass that was left in the car . He was very knowledgeable on the type of window I was looking for and his professionalism was excellent especially when I had inquired so late at night about the fixing of the windows . My rear window-shield was broken into last Sunday. After calling around everywhere I could NOT find any autoshop that could fix it. A friend suggested Immaculate Auto Glass Solutions. On Monday I called and spoke with Delante. He was very helpful and professional. He was able to order the window-shield that day. I was scheduled to come in on Tuesday morning at 10:30AM. When I arrived they started working on my car immediately. After waiting less than two hours-my car was fixed. Immaculate Auto Glass Solutions will work with your insurance company as well. Best customer experience ever! Delante was able to replace my drivers side glass the very next morning after I called in. He also was able to tell me what was wrong with the window’s functionality which I knew needed repair. He ordered a regulator and saved me some money by ordering the part from a non local vendor. He kept me abreast of the part’s delivery timing and as soon as it was delivered, he contacted me to install the regulator on my door. He came out and installed it very quickly & made sure I tested it before he left. I highly recommend this place! Best of all, he did everything without me having to leave my home.

I called for an appointment for a windshield replacement. Delante responded with a call back right away and was able to get me in within a couple of hours. He was very professional and got the job done in an hour. He did a great job and explained that I shouldn't wash the car for 2 days. I've used the bigger auto glass co. before in the past and they can't compare to the personal customer care that I recieved at IMMACULATE. I was very impressed with his work ethic and kindness. Cost was very fair! I will use this company again if needed in the future. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Want to give a huge thanks to Delante for replacing my back window due to attempted auto theft. Delante provided Excellent service!!! This young brother deserves 10 Stars. He replaced my drivers side window last year when it was smashed by thieves who stole my handicap placard. He provided quick professional service, at a very competitive and reasonable price, and cleaned all the glass from the inside of my vehicle.
