I called on Wednesday and my glass was replaced on Thursday at their shop. During the installation, the crew noticed that the window moulding was defective. Rather than install it and act like nothing happened, the crew stopped everything and asked if I could stay a little longer while they ran out and got a quality replacement part. I was not in a hurry and was able to take conference calls while they were getting the replacement part and finishing the installation. Regardless, the team did not waste any time getting the replacement part and finishing the installation. I was impressed. Here's why I rate them 5 stars: 1) They prioritize quality work and products. 2) Their sense of urgency on my behalf was outstanding and I could tell they were genuinely concerned about the delay and getting the new part as fast as possible. 3) The pricing is competitive and 4) Really nice people work there including the owner! They even offered me some watermelon! I will not hesitate to call Precision Auto Glass for my next windshield replacement. This was the best glass replacement service I've ever experienced. Thank you, guys!

Dropped off a 2 month old 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander for a windshield replacement. Scheduling was a breeze. Met with Danny at the front counter and specifically told him that this was a brand new car and wanted the job to be done at a professional level. The car is decked out with heads up display and all the sensors. I work for a dealer and see work from experienced and non-experienced workers every day and I do not put up with low quality work or issues. He assured me he understood and would put his lead tech on it. I said take your time and call me whenever, there no need to rush this as rushing leads to issues. Received a call an hour or two later that it was ready for pick up. Upon arrival the work looked great. Once I got home, I read other reviews and decided to quality inspect everything once again. Absolutely no issues were found and everything looked proper and professional. Our tech, Michael, knew what he was doing and delivered quality, thank you for that! Danny answer all my questions and even called after drop off to verify that the glass ordered was okay, insurance only covers replacement glass and not OEM glass; same brand glass minus the Toyota logo, which we knew. Definitely recommend Michael, the tech, at this location. Based on other reviews, I cannot vouch for other techs.
