Ross Auto Glass

Had to get the guys to come out twice. The first guy did a very sloppy job. I had glue everywhere in and outside of my car. There was a chip in the glass and I pointed it out. The guy said it won't hurt anything. That was unacceptable. I asked for it to be redone. The next guy that came out was talking about the job the previous guy did. The new guy put the new window in and it was much better. However, my car was dirty again. I have a light interior and I can't get the stains out. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Ross Auto Glass came highly recommended and they did not disappoint!! This was one of the best experiences. After getting several quotes, Ross offered the lowest price by almost $100!!! The only negative - I was given a timeframe and they were late by more than 3 hours. I did all of the communicating to get updates. But, the cost savings MORE than balanced the wait! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Sadly I'm a repeat customer. The first time, they came out to me. The guys were terrific. The second time I went to the shop. The shop was a bit hard to find because there are other shops offering similar services and the door doesn't have their number, but worth asking around. They cleaned up all the broken glass and I was out in just over an hour. Cash or CASH app only.

These guys are super nice and try their best to make you happy. After they replaced my windshield, it leaked a tiny bit. Did a okay job but they left glass in my door after fixing my window. I call to see if they can remove it and they told me come back in 2 weeks. Every time I close my door I hear glass dropping

Family owned, chatted while waiting. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Tipped out the technicians. If you hungry they got food across the street. Will return for future needs.
