I travel back and forth between MD and PA. A rock hit my window and spread so quick before I could do anything. I scheduled to get my window fix with a company out Nursery Rd and they gave me a price that was lovely but they stated they would come to me but didn’t show up. No I wasn’t being scammed because I’ve used them before. I couldn’t wait any longer so I found SRG Auto Glass LLC on google and thought to give them a shot. Sent a message asking for a quote and thought I wouldn’t hear anything until the next day because they were already closed, but to my surprise I received a message asking for a pic of the window with the damage and got a quote. The price is reasonable with today’s economy. I went and LET ME TELL YOU! I am soooo pleased! I appreciate how fast it took. I expected to wait for hours but nope when I pulled up they were ready for me. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service!!! Sam is super friendly, personable, trustworthy, reliable, and prompt auto glass repairman. He fixed a scratch in my windshield, same day, within 15 minutes! He kindly asked me to text him pictures of the damage so he could better estimate repairs up front. Best of all, his pricing is incredibly generous! Sam is top-notch five star service. He’s also a local Baltimore small business worth supporting. I 100% will recommend him to my family and friends. Dont think twice or default to the big commercial chains… go with SRG Auto Glass! I absolutely am in love with the service that I received. I was at a firework event on the evening of the third and I called lots of other places that didn’t have any availability until the earliest Tuesday. I spoke with him on the fourth through text early in the day he responded fairly quickly. The appointment was scheduled for Saturday afternoon. He texted me first thing Saturday morning, letting me know that the glass had arrived. I asked him if that meant that I could come in early and there wasn’t availability. It always hurts to come out of pocket for car expenses, such as these But I can tell you that my packet was not hurt too bad. It was cheaper than the other places had quoted that wanted me to wait a longer time For the repair.

Initially gave a 5 Star review, took it down. Seemed all good. Had my windshield replaced and had to take it back 4 times to have my wipers calibrated. The first time they went all the way off my windshield!!! Only to leave scuffs! That got fixed and they still went over pretty far. The whole experience was a total inconvenience. Should have paid Safelite a few hundred more. Do not recommend. No stars. Updated 6/27: You have no recordings and should not be doing business. I have never complained about another company.. you just have have NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE DOING 🤣 I’m sorry I didn’t want my wipers going over the WHOLE windshield! Joke. Good day sir. These guys are the best. My car window was broken into on a Friday night and I was sure that I'd have to go the entie weekend with my vehicle exposed. But I called SRG Auto Glass Saturday morning, and they were able to see my vehicle in only two hours from when I contacted them. Even better, the glass replacement was done in less than an hour, AND the glass fragments were all vaccumed up. They returned my car to me in better condition than it was in even before my window was broken, which just speaks to their excellent level of customer service and skill. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience with SRG Glass, LLC. I contacted them through Google for an estimate and received a prompt response. The price I was quoted was the most reasonable from another company, and they had availability the very next day. It was easy to find, i waited in a air conditioned waiting area and they finished the work in just under an hour. They also changed out my wiper blades for me. I received top notch service with great price and accommodations scheduling. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants great service without the big budget price tag.

Customer service was amazing. I called yesterday to see how much it would cost to get my window fixed and it was very reasonable. I booked my appointment for the next day. Sam and his team moved very fast. I wasn’t at the shop no more than a hour and a half. Sam walked me to their waiting room. It was very clean. He was very respectful and walked me through all the steps that he was going to complete and make sure you could check the quality of his work before you left. I will definitely go back if I need to. He was a lifesaver!
