Prices are slightly lower than other shops but the customer service was really bad. He set me up for an appointment between 10am to 1pm the next day after I called to have it done. Called him back around 11am to follow up on the appointment and he told me it could not be done between 10am - 1pm, he said they were going to see if they could still do it the same day at a later time or the next day between 10-1 again. Around 4pm I missed a call from the technician he sent and I called him back 10 mins after I got the call. He got mad at me for not answering the phone right away which led to the technician driving away from my location and he can not go back because he has another job. After all this, I still needed the repair so I told him to just send the technician the next day. He said he was going to text me the time on when I should expect the technician. I did not receive any text message, tried to call him the next day but is not answering the phone. Kudos to you, I still wish your business success.

Had my car broken into and called them to replace. The price was reasonable however they used no tools but a screwdriver to remove the door panel while replacing the glass, and scratched and dented the interior door frame as well as the door trims of my car. When I called the owner he got very confrontational and angry, and didn't want to own up to it despite providing pictures of the damage. I went ahead and got an estimate for the damages done and the cost is close to 1400 dollars. So a quick window replacement job which I thought was going to be $250 is now going to cost over a thousand dollars more. They do not have the technical know-how and do not stand behind their work nor did they work with me to help resolve the damages incurred. I would suggest using someone else with more integrity and professionalism.

Very fast , convenient plus they come to you they also cleaned up all the glass somebody had burst all the windows out on the block when I was in the ER including mines 🥺. Price was ok and they came fix same day, but major issue with install: plastic seal is now misaligned resulting in a big gap between glass and door seal which results in a very loud and disturbing wind noise at highway speeds. Owner blames anything and anyone but his tech and does not want to rectify the situation. Go elsewhere.

After reading the great reviews i thought i was making a good decision. I was wrong. Drove iff with no reciept given. Refused to come back and and left glass everywhere. Ive been calling and no one has returned my call.
