The guys at Grace Tint were nothing but amazing. I walked in on a Friday made an appointment for Monday to have my two front windows along with the visor being placed on the front windshield of my car done. The quote I received was affordable plus I received a three year warranty in the price I paid. Jay took the time out to address all of my concerns and also provided his input on what would be legal and illegal as far as tint wise. My 2021 Toyota RAV4 looked amazing when I left. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone and I will be returning for my other vehicle. You can definitely tell they take pride in their work and customers satisfaction. I choose this shop as they carry llumar tint. My experience dealing with the shop was pretty poor and would highly recommend using another llumar tint dealer. I called over the phone and made an appointment, once I arrived he said he was busy and couldn’t do it that day then changed and said he could do the job if i dropped the car off. I asked for 15 on the windows and 35 on the windshield, instead I got 15 all around which is really disappointing as I’ll probably have to change the windshield tint. The owner would not give me any idea of how long it would take The work this shop does is quality, there communication though is very poor which costed me time and money.NegativeProfessionalism

Great efficient quality Service. I called before hand but was told I could walk in on a first come first serve basis. Walked in and within 10 minutes J greeted me, asked me questions about what I wanted, and answered any questions I had. Took my truck in the back and was done 35 minutes later. He walked me around the truck to ensure I was satisfied with the work. The prices are on point and very reasonable. I'm extremely satisfied with the customer service and quality. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I was referred to Grace window Tint and auto glass by my nephew. I went today to get my tints done. The first shade I chose was good but not as dark as I would have liked. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and worked with me to add another layer to make the tints to my satisfaction and gave me a slight discount ( i was willing to cover the difference either way) The service was awesome and I love the tints My car looks amazing!!! I went here on Saturday afternoon for tints. Jae was very welcoming and polite. He explained the tint process. The job was done in under 30 minutes and the quality was great. I called and explained the limited time I had and they were able to fit me in their schedule the same day and the whole process took less than 45 min. Jay and his crew are AWESOME!!! I made an appointment for 4pm today and due to a work accident wasn’t able to get there on time. called at 4:30 and was told i could come in at 5 i was shocked because they CLOSE AT 5! they stayed open a whole 40 extra minutes just for my Ram, which looks gorgeous btw. I received tints all around and a lip in the front on my Kia Sorrento. The service was amazing. The owners son and his associates were quick but very very good.
