I'm so incredibly disappointed in the service from this company. I had my windshield replaced last Wednesday and came out to car on Sunday to find the rear view mirror dangling by wires. I called and they sent someone out this morning who said the problem was fixed and wouldn't you know it -- I came out this afternoon to find the same issue. I called and the Supervisor admitted that the brand of windshield they have been buying has been an issue and they have received several complaints. If you are aware of a problem, why do you keep ordering from the vendor? I am now headed on day 3 of this madnessServicesAuto windshield replacement

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I understand that people make mistakes, and accidents happen but if your customer service is beyond poor, you are rude, nasty and you blame the customer for something an employee did and offer no apology, or credit, or discount for a waste of time you deserve 0 stars. Violet is the main person I spoke to, and she is BEYOND rude. First place I called wasn’t very accommodating. Maybe since they’re commercialized. I was being charged nearly $500 and scheduled for another week. Decided to call around some more and glad to have landed Auto Glass. Got charged half of what the first company was going to charge me AND they replaced my windshield the very next day! Got a 12 month warranty on top of it. Auto glass repaired and won’t be replaced for next time. These guys provided superb service. They came out to my home and did the windshield replacement. There was a clerical error that provided me with a windshield that was for an earlier model of my car. The technician had to come back but I was charged the original agreed to price, even though the correct windshield was more expensive. The technician was kind and professional. I’m very satisfied with the windshield and the installation. However, the communication between the office and the installers was lacking. I told the office that I would not arrive onsite until 10:00 AM, but the installer was told I needed my car drivable by 1:30 PM. The installer and I were able to reschedule for the same day with minimal hassle. I only hope the person who needed their car ready by 1:30 PM got what they needed.

I was very impressed with the level of customer service Auto Glass Fitters gave us. They were prompt to set up the appointment to come to our home to replace the glass. Their pricing was half of Safelite and the customer service was more personable. I will use them in the future. Original installation date had to be rescheduled, but received phone call in the morning of the install date to reschedule. The installer arrived on the rescheduled date on time and performed what appears to be a perfect replacement. The window was replaced professionally and in a timely manner. Very rude customer service! Lost potential business because of the way they treat the customer. After sitting on hold for 20 minutes to get a quote on a windshield replacement, they finally pick up and give me the quote. While I’m explaining that I am still calling the get quotes, I get a dial tone in my ear. They hung up on me .

I highly recommend! They are quick, affordable, communicative, and even come to you. The tech I had was very nice and professional.
