Safelite technician sliced my truck's headliner while replacing my windshield at home, but otherwise did a great windshield replacement. Mistakes happen. Warranty replacing my headliner at the on-site Safelite location however was TERRIBLE. We were stranded at the Shreveport-Barksdale Enterprise rental car location while being asked to pay a $300 vehicle rental fee (I'm not paying for anything. Safelite damaged my headliner, Safelite should cover the rental.) It took 30 minutes before someone answered the phone at the Safelite location to find out WTH is going on. Even Safelite corporate office when we called them had trouble getting someone on the phone. The repair was stated to take all day, then only an hour, but wound up taking almost five hours. After they were done, I found windshield bugs across my dashboard, I could still see the suction cups prints on my windshield, and my driver side seatbelt was out of wack. We saw the manager a couple of times when we first arrived, never saw or heard from her again. Great windshield repair, awful warranty repair and customer service. I won't be going back to Safelite. If you care about customer service, think twice before choosing Safelite.

Very friendly and prompt service. I must say however, I was initially going to file a claim with my insurance t replace my windshield and that's how I started the process. The total came to $847.19 but it would be cheaper for me to pay out of pocket. I tell them it will be a cash pay and they confirmed the total. I checked around the day they were coming and found the cost of windshield $383.33 before calibration. When I discovered that I called to cancel it and they were in route already. I tell them what I found. The tech said let me call the office and see what we can do. Ironically, the price of the windshield with calibration now has come to $515.69. Came to my work it rained for less than 5 min and rescheduled my appointment so I said I’ll just take it to the location that was 7/8.. they scheduled me for 7/9 at 3pm on professional dr, I get there after taking off work for them to say I don’t have an appointment. I showed them my email confirmation, the apparent manager at the front desk very rude said it would be a while till they could get to me now. There is a reason people make appointments and that’s to allow for optimal use of their time. We own several cars and have a very large presence in the Shreveport bossier community and I’ll be there first to tell people to go elsewhere.

Definitely would not recommend!! Find someone else to replace your window!!! Was told the job would take four hours at best, They had my car for seven hours, Left pieces of glass all over my dash broke my windshield wiper and damaged the side gaskets to a practically brand new vehicle! Trying to get someone on the phone to speak to them about what they did is impossible as you get nothing but the runaround and I had to create a warranty appointment just to try and get someone to fix what has been damaged on my car!! Absolutely ridiculous!!

Our tech was Wilson. He needs an updated profile picture. Because he looks nothing like the photo they sent in the email. That is my complaint. LoL. The rest is praise. From beginning to end the service was amazing. Super fast service. From the time I booked online to the appointment I was impressed. They go above and beyond to get you back on the road! Hopefully we won't need glass service again for a while but if I do I will definitely be calling them again! Thank you so much!

Untrained and uncaring overstaffed technicians who perform poor work. This was a mobile job. Have gone to facility and was pleased. Steer clear from mobile service. Manager knows nothing about glass. District manager and all care nothing about their clients. Haven't apologized one time. Focused on a lie of me cursing them out to defect their negligence.

Wednesday March 26, 2025. Service man called to give me his approximate time he should arrive to my location. He arrived at approximately the time he told me. He was friendly and professional. Got busy and within an hour and a half he was finished and gone. Great Service!! Would highly recommend your services!!

Safelite Shreveport off Professional Dr is a 3 hour windshield replacement wait with a take it or leave it attitude. I have used Safelite Bossier many times with minimal wait times and happy with my replacement. Safelite Shreveport has a “F” in my book for communication and customer service

Judd was an incredible service tech. I give him 5 stars because he did an amazing job. I really appreciate the care that he gave to replacing my stickers from my old windshield. He was very professional and neat. Everything was taken care of quickly. High five Safelite

great and fast service! had to replace the whole windshield on my beetle, so I booked a appointment slot from 10am-12pm. they pulled my car around to the front with the brand new windshield at 12:00pm on the dot!! amazing! glad to be back on the road, thank yall sm!
