Auto Glass Now

We had the best Experience here. My daughters back window busted right before Thanksgiving & Every local place we called wouldn't be able to squeeze us in until after the Holiday. This is their only vehicle and they have a new baby so I was hoping we'd find something but it wasn't looking great until I called Auto Glass Now. Not only was the Lady that answered my call extremely sweet, she was informative and literally talked to me like we were the oldest best of friends. After being told they could take her car in, she told me the cost of repair, and as if i needed any other reason to choose them, she gave us the best price. My daughters car window was repaired only a few hours after I called, it didn't break me, and I have peace of mind knowing I know exactly who to call now if I or anyone I know needs a repair done fast, for the best price AND THE ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE. This was an extremely bad experience. The manager was insulting and lack any managerial characteristics. She was rude and dismissive. When they caused my Audi Q7 functional problems, she blamed me , the consumer for not knowing what product they installed in my car. I did my due diligence and asked the question if they install Audi windshields. I drove 600 miles with wind in the windshield and adaptive light malfunction light on. My car wouldn't start without key with physical contact and the inability to lock the door. The dealership confirmed that the problem was due to miscalibration of the windshield sensors. Which was supposedly was done 3 times. I was unaware they put in a substandard windshield. The manager stated, "you should have asked for an Audi windshield."

LEAKS!! We got our windshield replaced here about 6-8 weeks ago and it leaks!! Of course it's under Warranty so we call and they tell us it's not the windshield it's the drain to the sunroof that needed to be EMPTIED, so they said they emptied it but my headliner is still wet everytime it rains!!!!!!!! We never had this problem until they replaced the windshield. We have called several times about it and it's still a problem and since it is I will be contacting an attorney to sue for damages done to my car!! Lindsey is no help at all and does not do her job, she deserves to be replaced!

I've been to this facility several times, in fact it has been the most affordable glass repair around, but this last visit was a disaster, I recommend to any of you that take your vehicle to autoglass, please take before & after pictures, because they damaged my headliner & dashboard & don't want to take responsibility for it! We got off to a rough start, making initial contact. (I was hung up on 8 times.) Their location is right off of Youree drive in Shreveport. Ms. Taylor saved the day. She took my call. Quoted my repair and ordered my windshield. Ms. Taylor's customer service skills made all the difference. She was kind, patient, professional, and funny. Two and a half hours later, I was out of there with new hardware. Their prices beat the competition by almost half. Well worth it. Thank you.

Wouldn’t recommend on any given day. When I walked in no form of greeting or welcoming. I came for an appointment I made with Pam after doing a quote online. The manager was very rude and dismissive when I was telling her about a quote their rep provided me versus what she was trying to charge me. The manager was insulting and lack any managerial characteristics. She refused to finalize my ticket & provide me with her name/corporate number.

I have nothing but great things to say about Auto Glass Now and its employees! The experience was amazing and I am so glad we took our suv there to replace the windshield. The employees were so polite, kind and helpful ♥️ did not take long for them to replace the windshield and the price was way less than I had expected. You need a windshield replacement this is exactly where you have to go!

Taylor was so sweet and so kind! My crack on my windshield was very difficult and she was still able to get it fixed. No wait time she took care of me immediately and it was right before they close some as well. So thankful that she was able to take care of me. This is definitely the place to go for any cracks or windshield or window repairs! The building is right on the corner of Youree.

The Service here at AGN was top tier. The technician was ready for me when I arrived and he took my keys,drove my vehicle into the work area and was finished sooner than I expected AND he did an Excellent job. I will gladly take all my vehicles to them.AND-You can Not beat their prices!!!!! I suggest if you need glass repaired or replaced on your vehicle-Take it to Auto GlassNow!!

Went to the one on Youree Drive. They replaced my windshield on my 2008 F-150, took them 4 hours, but left dirt and black dust all over my entire interior and pieces of glass all in the floor. The trim around my windshield is now loose and I will have to pay someone else to correct this. Would not recommend. Better places to go in the area.
